One of the best things about Dr. Browns practice has always been his wonderful and competent staff, so when he retired last year, the transition to Dr. Chei was almost seamless. Knowing how excited they were about his arrival (even though they were going to miss Dr. Brown!) gave me confidence to not even think about changing dentists. Ive found Dr. Chei to be one of the most caring health care providers Ive been to in my life (and I qualify for AARP), and he is both personable and up-to-date on the latest technology and skills. Knowing I most likely will have my first implant in the near future, I am reassured that it will be Dr. Chei doing the procedure. It has also been fun watching all the modernization Dr. Chei and his decorator wife have done to the office. It is bright, cheery and welcoming...with more changes said to come. All that being said, best wishes to Dr. Brown for all the great care over the years--and rest assured that all your old patients are in the best of hands!

I came in here after going to multiple dental "professionals" with terrible periodontitis from my wisdom teeth coming in with no insurance and was advised by other dentists to have my bottom right tooth removed, if not all 4. I had very little money for as I am not on insurance and the other dentists estimate a payment between 700-2,200. Dr. Hardcastle and his team identified by only removing my top wisdom tooth which was causing the pressure I could get out of pain and save some more money to get them all removed in time. He removed it painlessly in under a couple minutes, and saved me hundreds of dollars! Front desk staff and all assistants were absolutely delightful. They even walked me through getting better coverage and how to save even more money so I could continue coming to them for all my oral hygiene. Absolutely impressed by the entire team, Id recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Hardcastle has been my dentist for many years due to his superior knowledge and expert procedures - whether its for a filling, crown, root canal, bridge or other treatment. The front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly, well-informed and helpful on insurance and costs. The hygienists and dental assistants are well-trained, professional and concerned with your comfort. Dr. H. has high standards and insures that treatments are completed properly and correctly. He and the dental assistants also explain procedures and answer questions to alleviate any concerns. Dr. Hardcastle, Andrea, Brenda, Paige, Laurie, Ashley, Laidy and others are all top-notch and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Great dental office clean and professional. Staff is always nice and they know you by name. Dr. Hardcastle is the best! I used to be a RDA so I know whats good work and whats not. Its very hard for me to find a good dentist. Dr. Hardcastle was shorthanded today and still handled my 3 fillings with ease with out his Dental Assistant. He was quick efficient, and very very good! Most dentist will not work with out their DA and they would just wait until the DA is done. Not this Dr! He jumped right in and got it done! If youre looking for a clean, up to date, professional dental staff that care about you and your teeth this is definitely the place for you! I love Village Dental!

If you are in need of a dentist in the North Dallas area, I would highly recommend Village Dental Care and Dr. Chei. My family moved to Dallas about a year ago and we were referred to Village Dental Care; we have been extremely pleased. They use the latest technology and equipment to make sure they identify any issues early to minimize treament. When you do have an issue, you can trust that you are in great hands. Dr. Chei and his staff have very high standards of customer service, patient care, and they stand behind their work. Im very thankful for Village Dental Care!

Went to Dr. Brown for an emergency a couple of years ago for my husband and we both continued to go after the very pleasant experience. The transition to Village Dental has been very easy. Dr. Chei is professional and has a very good chair side manner. The upgrade in the equipment is great. The staff are all wonderful and knowledgeable about their functions. We are always happy to see Susan, Angela and Sherri and they care about us as individuals - not just as customers. The assistant that came with Dr. Chei is great, too...I cannot recall her name at the moment.

Excellent customer service from every person in the office! I had dental trauma as a child, and I hate going to the dentist. However, I have never had a dentist and his staff show such care and concern regarding my comfort! I have had cleanings several times a year and multiple crowns put in by them. Paige is a terrific dental hygienist, and Dr. Hardcastle is very caring, an excellent communicator, and very skilled at what he does. They are also very accommodating about working with your schedule to find an appointment that meets your needs. I highly recommend them!

We certainly miss Dr. Brown, but Dr. Chei has come in and made the transition very comfortable for us, and we thank him for that! We would certainly recommend Village Dental Care! Great for kids, too! Dr. Hardcastle is amazing - as is his entire staff. Everyone is so professional, knowledgable and friendly. I took my son here instead of a "kids dentist" for his first dental exam, and they were beyond great!! They were super sweet to him and he wasnt scared at all. Id go so far as to say he had fun! And they let him watch - like standing right by the hygienist watch - while I got my teeth cleaned. He was fascinated! They are now my - and my sons - regular dentist. Great staff. Great doctor. Great service. I highly recommend.

My family and I started out seeing Dr. Brown over 20 years ago. When Dr. Brown retired, we started seeing Dr. Chei. I have always had extreme anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Chei and his assistant were very reassuring and did everything possible to make me comfortable. The office staff is amazing! They have always been super friendly, courteous and caring! I had always dealt with Dr. Brown in the past and am very happy someone as wonderful as him has taken his place. I will definitely continue to be a patient for years to come!

I have always been deathly afraid of dentists. Dr. David Che is the real deal.When Dr. Richard Brown retired, I was afraid to go to a new dentist. I finally made an appointment to go see Dr. David Che. He totally rocks! I had my first cavity filled without novacaine and did not feel a thing. I will be his patient for life! He is confident, very personable, and uses the latest technology AND he didnt cost an arm and leg and my first born to pay for my dental work. Dr. Che is an awesome dentist!
