Because they said they did pediatrics as well, I took my daughter here because I liked the Eco friendly and whole health way they stated they looked at things. However, they offer fluoride treatments (fluoride was once used as a rat poison, look up some info on it if you didnt know this) and they push root canals-even for a 7 year old who will lose those teeth within 3-4 years. They also gave my daughter a sample of fluoride toothpaste when she had a cleaning. They do have digital xrays which are lower in radiation than the non digital kind. The office definitely isnt kid friendly. Its very cold and modern with nothing interesting for a child. The staff was amazingly friendly and did a wonderful job with my child, however, I had to push to be allowed to stay with my child and even that wasnt always possible because of the tiny size of the exam rooms. I would recommend this office for adults who are educated enough to be their own advocate and obtain their own information on procedures before saying okay to them. The office does have many environmentally friendly practices including recycled materials and digital everything, but isnt that interested in "whole health" if they recommend a known cause of brain damage and endocrine disorders to be applied to my or my childs teeth and doesnt offer alternatives to root canals which can trap bacteria in ones system forever, leading to cancer and other diseases. Their dentists need to be more up to date on holistic dentistry if theyre going to present themselves as this and since I found them originally on a holistic dentistry site, they obviously are presenting themselves as such. I wont be taking my child back there nor will I or any other member of my household become a patient of theirs.

I had an Awesome first visit at Pure Dental today. I did not have a referral or anything, just selected it from my network provider list .... Jackpot!! Very nice and modern office, the staff was friendly and there was no wait, I was on time and so were they. Rose was very warm and friendly and informative doing the X-rays and Cate, OMG, the most gentle and thorough cleaning I have ever experienced, and she was very warm and friendly as well. Dr. Kay came in afterwards with the same pleasant demeanor, very thorough and made me feel very comfortable, asked it if I had any questions and it felt good Not being rushed or pushed out the door. I had a fantastic cleaning on my first visit. Ryan, my dental hygienist, was extremely friendly and she didnt ask anything other than yes/no questions while I layed there with my mouth open. On my next visit I had a Zoom Whitening. It worked really well. My teeth are as white as they were when I was 21. The special Groupon deal for the Zoom for $119 is worth every cent! The staff members are all very helpful. The facility is beautiful. I am very satisfied with my choice of dentist after moving to Dallas in April from Florida. I also like that its conveniently located at Mockingbird Station right next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Going to the dentist has never been so much fun.

Been a patient of Dr. Kim Jackson for about 2yrs (now moved to FL) and I can say she was one of the honest dentists I have come across in Dallas. My husband was almost scammed by some other dentist by saying he needed a $2k dental work as he has some gum disease and so on (though he had no signs), so we went to Dr. Kim for 2nd opinion and she not only said his gums are disease free but also said he is doing good job with his teeth and does not need any work (saved $2k). And he was absolutely fine since past 4 years. M husband referred me and whole bunch of friends to her since then and they all love her the same for being a honest and trustworthy dentist. Totally recommend her.

Beautiful clinic, very clean but worst teeth cleaning I have ever had. The dental hygenist spent all but 30 seconds scraping my teeth. Im pretty sure he didnt even touch them all. I had tooth pain X2 days so we did x-rays which were negative and they said I STILL needed to replace one of my crowns. The tooth pain went away 2 weeks later. I probably had some kind of ear infection or virus. I felt scammed as I work in health care myself. Im not a dentist.. but Im also not an idiot.. My teeth never felt clean for 6 months when my insurance would pay for another teeth cleaning. With some experience this clinic will probably get better.

Only dentist that doesnt make me run away screaming! But seriously... I always feel comfortable there and that I can trust any of the staff members. In the past Ive had dentist try to do unnecessary procedures just for the $$ or just be very painful. Neither is the case here. Dr. Jackson and co. always go over everything and make sure to make you feel well during the whole process

Dr. Jackson is awesome! She doesnt personally wash my teeth but every hygienist is pretty awesome (thorough and friendly). My insurance (Aetna) covers everything so I dont know how price compares. They are also high tech with e-papers and appointment scheduling so it makes the experience convenient for me.

Used Pure for years for cleaning and cavities, theyre always fast, polite, and friendly. The Dentists are great. No pain, no suppressors or mouth openers or anything barbaric. Im allergic to laughing gas (makes me explosively vomit) and they actually listened when I said that. Most places shrug it off.

Ive moved for my job, and tried for weeks to get them to forward MY records, but they havent. Emails, voicemails, and even left several messages w staff for the "manager", w/o reply. Health care PROFESSIONALS they are not! They will now be introduced to my legal professionals.

I wish that there were 10 stars for this place. Best dental appointment that my wife and I have had in years. We have been to several other places in the DFW area and none compare to PURE Dental. Dr. K and her staff are amazing. Well def be back in 6 months:)
