Awful company. Customer service is terrible. You never get a straight answer, they just put you on hold for 10 mins just to tell you they will call you back but never do. They dont care about their patients and their concerns. It has been nearly impossible to change offices and please whatever you do, dont get braces through this company. They only see ortho patients once a month. If you break a bracket they will not see you until your next appointment. If they are booked for that month, they will make you wait until the following month hurting the progress of your treatment.

I went in today on the 24th of August and waited for over an hour and watched 3 others who came in after me go in before me. My appointment was at 10 AM . It was at the Balch Springs Office. I am disgusted with this company and i will never go there again. I am a patient person who was treated disrespectfully and i recommend that others who decide on a dentist decide to choose another.
