Aso-lu-ly Fah-tah-tik. I T-ink I in Luh. That’s exuberance to the tooth-degree said through a mouthful of hands, suction, props, and complete and utter satisfaction with my first-time experience with Dr. Shovak and Milestone Dental - absolutely fantastic. Don’t let the unassuming location or the office’s lack of a high-end façade fool you. Dr. Shovak and staff mean business, and they’re packed to the gums with tech to get the job done comfortably and quickly - and i know from experience. Night and day difference between the crown replacement under the hands of Dr. Shovak and my previous dentist. They’re friendly, conscientious and extremely good at what they do. If a current dentist is leaving a bad taste in your mouth, rinse with the minty-clean goodness that is Milestone Dental. You’ll be left with a fresh perspective and a newfound taste for great dentistry. To put it another way. If Milestone were a gang, its sign would be PFL – Patient for Life. Of which I’m happy to say I am.

Having moved to Dallas 6 months ago it was time I found a dentist and I chose Milestone dental because I had received advertisements in the mail and when I looked at the address it was pretty close by! It was easy to make an appointment for only a week away and when I had to reschedule due to having the flu they were understanding. On the day of my appointment I felt welcomed by the receptionist, they were running a bit behind so I had to wait about 20 minutes before I got in. I just went for an xray/cleaningcheck up/ and it all went well but I found out I had several small cavities which was unexpected but I conveniently got them filled that day. The total length of my appointment ended up being about 3 hours but I was glad to get it all done and not have to come back! I will continue to go back for regular cleanings as I like the atmosphere and Dr. Pham.

The Best Dental exam and xrays EVER. I was a new patient and went yesterday and everything went so smooth... They broke down my needs by left and right side... and the dentist was phenomenal !!! He was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable.. I was nervous going into it since it had been about a year since my last dentist visit and thought my teeth were in pretty bad shape; however, they really werent and the dentist made me feel like a million bucks by really agreeing with me. He showed his concern on some issues and showed me the pricing per side it would be. I left knowing what needed to be done and made a plan to do it! Great stay... very friendly and down to earth ! Best place plus close to my home. Made my follow up appointments with them i felt such at ease. Found my forever dentist :)

I love my dentist. So patient. Very thorough with explaining the procedure for my needs. And it truly makes a difference when the office staff is polite and very professional. And the amazing part about my entire experience is when the doctor himself called me to follow up to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions. I am a very satisfied patient. When I was younger, my 4 siblings and I would go to the dentist at the same time. I always the brave one and wanted to be the first one in the chair. Now that I am older, I sit with my hands and legs crossed afraid that I would fill the pain. Dr. Phan made me feel very comfortable and assured me of feeling no pain. He was right. Thank you very much Dr. Pham. You have made me feel like "Part of the Phamily".

On my first visit to Milestone Dental N. Dallas, I was very satisfied with the professionalism that was displayed by all of the staff. I was treated with total respect and never one time did any one make me feel uncomfortable. Usually, a dental visit is not on the top of what to do on a day, this experience has left me with complete trust in the staff. Dr. Pham was very professional and explained every option and process. Dr. Pham personally made a follow-up call to me to inquire regarding my procedures that were completed the previous day. I will continue to have my dental treatment performed by Dr. Pham and the staff. I recommend this dental office to all that I come in contact. Trust, professionalism, respect and knowledge are very important to myself.

Milestone Dental is a "Feel-Right-At-Home" dental office for the entire family. The service is impeccably A1 top of the line. From the time I walked in I was greeted with upmost kindness. Yes, you will love the staff. Not only are they incredibly nice, but knowledgeable too. They will have you feeling so comfortable whereas you wont want to leave. My doctor was Dr. Pham. He explained every little detail step by step and answered all of my questions with total pleasure. I loved even the appearance of the dental office which was decorated with calm colors and comfortable cushioned chairs, magazines to read or a nice flat screen TV to watch for entertainment during a short wait. What more can you ask for? Milestone Dental, thanks for making me smile. :-)

This was my first time experience at Milestone Dental and I was pleasantly shocked at the level of expertise and professionalism of the staff. My last dental clinic was horrible and poorly run, so I avoided going to the dentist for a long time and finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Patel. He explained the treatment plan me and I definitely felt like I was in good hands. His staff is very efficient and I barely waited 15 minutes for my first appointment. My last dental clinic I would wait anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour (with an appointment at that.) It helps that Milestone is located within walking distance of my apartment and only five minutes from work, so as soon as I am done, I can either go back home or go straight to work.

I had been having a lot of pain on both sides of my mouth and ended up with an abscess that made me look like a chipmunk. LOL got antibiotics for it so, it went away and the other side was killing me, I came in to Milestone in Dallas for the first time and loved it. The staff is great!! The Dr. is straight forward about what is going on with your teeth and what needs to be done. The staff is very caring and did everything they could to help me start the road to getting the work I needed done on my teeth. This will definitely be my dentist from now on. I even convinced my husband to come in for a check up and soon will be bringing my mother and a friend. A definite thumbs up for Miletstone :0)

After having not been to the dentist in much too long, I was nervous about my visit, once I made an appointment. The folks at Milestone assured me I had nothing to worry about, however, and were very kind and encouraging. I have an upcoming visit to follow-up with some care that would have taken too long and interrupted other patients time slots. I appreciate the concern they had for making sure that I was taken care of but keeping the other appointments as close to on time as possible. My one recommendation (something I would personally appreciate) is to have a paper covering on the chair where ones head goes. Maybe they clean the plastic that is there in between visits? (I didnt ask.)
