I am very happy to share with you my experience with Dr. Allen Faiz and his staff. Let me first start off by saying, I am a member of the discount dental plan called Careington 500 and I strongly recommend this program for anyone who does not have a regular dental plan. I was at the Carrollton, TX location on 02/11/17. At this time, I must compliment Dr. Faiz on his wonderful staff, they were all so professional and so polite. The office was very clean and comfortable. At my appointment, I had an Exam, X-Ray, and a Tooth Extraction. Upon learning that I would need a tooth extracted, I became very nervous, to say the least. Although I was praying for the best, I couldnt help but to wonder if the extraction would be an unpleasant experience because I had never had a tooth removed before. However, that was not the case at all. I am very happy to tell you that Dr. Faiz did a wonderful job removing my wisdom tooth! As a side note, while sitting in the waiting room, there was a child who told me not to worry because his dentist (Dr. Faiz) was a good dentist and that he would take good care of me. Imagine that, a child comforting me, the Adult! LoL!

The staff there is phenomenal. They are very kind and caring. Im scared of dentists, and all of the staff especially Dr. Faiz will put you at ease. Dr. Faiz will explain the dental issues at hand, give you all alternatives and assist you to make the best decision, that is in your best interest. He always explains the risks if any. I even brought my boys into see them, they are 7 and 9, and they felt very comfortable with him. Being a divorced mother, with an ambivalent relationship with my exhusband, they understood the situation and were so kind to help with the financial obligations of both parties, as one of my sons needed braces. I always recommend anyone I run into to them. They are terrific. In addition the office is pristine, and has the most current equipment. Please go to them you will be pleasantly surprised. :).

My experience at Dr. Faiz office is always so positive and a joy going to for my appointments. Dr. Faiz is very knowledge and a very nice gentleman. He found a very painful tiny minute crack in a wisdom tooth. He was a blessing!! With a filling Dr. Faiz made me feel very comfortable and no pain. Violeta, who cleans my teeth is wonderful. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable. And, she is so nice. She always makes me feel comfortable. Becky from the beginning helped me so much. She is a joy to see and talk too! She is always so friendly and helpful....very knowledgeable. And, always has a smile on her face! Valeta checks me out when I am leaving. She is so nice and very knowledgeable. Always so friendly. Dr. Fiaz is a good dentist and his staff is friendly. They will stick you with a huge bill that they say the insurance will pay for and then a few months later go oh looks like you owe us $400. I sucked it up and paid them. Then went back in for a routine cleaning and they wanted to charge me a $50 deductible and $13 for my cleaning. I havent paid them yet. $13 is fine $50 deductible for the heck of it and those nice receptionist can put on a little Jerry Springer swagger if you try to defend yourself. These guys are worse than used car salesmen. They flash you a big smile as they gouge you. Save your cash stay away.

Worst dentist experience I have ever had... I would not recommend dentist office to friends or family. I scheduled appointment for agonizing continuous toothache pain. They gave me a X-ray and informed me I needed 2 upper teeth extracted that day. When I attempted to schedule appointment it was to long to wait for the type of pain I was experiencing. Dr. would not even prescribe pain medication. I had to go to emergency room for a second time after visit. It was a blessing in disguise I found a new professional and accomadating dentist in Plano, which only had to extract 1 tooth.

I feel really bad for all the people leaving Dr. Faiz positive reviews and (most likely) dishing out their hard earned money to this fraud. I went to Dr. Faiz when my dentist retired. I had never had a cavity and still do not. BUT him and his staff tried to tell me I had "some of the worst teeth" they have ever seen. They recommended thousands of dollars worth of procedures of caps, fillings and who knows what else. I got up and left because I knew it was all nonsense but Im sure this works on people all of the time which makes me so angry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Faiz for 10+ years. Besides routine cleanings for each of us, he has my treated gum disease and now an infected tooth. He saved my gums several years ago and now is replacing a tooth that needed removing. His work is excellent, prices are fair and the staff takes good care of you. Best of all, we trust him and the staff with our dental care. We have referred many of our clients to Dr. Faiz, all with good feedback. And we will continue to do so. He and his staff must be doing something right. Thank you Jim

This guy is a butcher. Just got full dentures, doesnt listen at all when I tell him how badly they fit. Doesnt give any care instructions, doesnt seem to know his head from his rear. "Is this the spot that hurts?" ... he grinds his finger into it. "Yes!" "This right here?" ... he does this again. "Yes, right there." "Right there?" ... Third time in the space of a moment, right on a raw spot. "Yes, yes, right there!" "You mean right here?" ... jabs it again.

Without bias Pavillion Dental Center is a place i look forward to going again. Having undergone intensive deep cleaning. The Staff are friendly professional, and enthusiastic.I had the opportunity to meet Dr Faiz and a female resident Dr. from Baylor. The dental assistant Violet was very meticulous and polite through the entire procedure. They have flexible pay plans whenever you need it. Indeed i would recommend the center to anyone.

Over the Holidays, I took the Family to see Dr. Faiz.The level of service we recieved from the Dr. and his staff was top notch.Since my previous Dentist retired I had been looking for a Dentist who was both close and in my network. DrFaiz was both. We just went in for our sixth month check up,but afterwards we felt like we had been life customers of theirs.Like I said the level of service was top notch and i will be going back.

I was terrified of dentist before I started going to Dr. Faiz. I had a panic attack at one dentist several years ago and thought I was having a heart attack. I had him call the paramedics. How embarrassing. The dentist before that one told me I better be medicated before I go back to see him. Dr. Faiz has been a blessing to me. He has given me 5 crowns, three fillings, and three on lays. I love you Dr. Faiz!!
