I just moved to the Dallas area about a year ago, it came time to look for a new dentist so i booked an appointment with Dr. Davis. The assistants and front desk were so nice and welcoming I thought i had found my new dentist. Which is a big deal to me since i have spent quite a bit of money on my teeth. As soon as i met Dr. Davis i felt uncomfortable. He was VERY judgemental. I am engaged, 25 years old and work in the business industry. The first thing he says to me is that he will not prescribe me narcotics.. what? Asks if i have know my fiance for awhile... as if i look like the young dumb type to just get married. Lastly he referred to me as a teenager. Do you read your file? I am a nonconfrontational person but was ready to blow a gasket at that point. Like his website says he is old fashioned so unless you are over 50 and plan to be in pain after your visits because he does not prescribe pain medication after extracting wisdom teeth.. he made it a point to make sure i knew that... then do not see him. It was the most awful and awkward visit ive ever had.

This is an awful dentist, I took my 12 yr old son and this dentist shows up with NO GLOVES on. I stopped him right there, and asked him where his gloves were. He dismissed my conment and tried to proceed forward. I told him it was illegal to work without proper attire, and had my son stand up and we both left. I called the Texas Dental Assciation and reported him. He already had a sanction to his license in 2010 for this same issue (failed to use appropiate protective attire) so he is a repeating offender. I proceeded to report him as he could be passing disseases every day. Disturbing! The State Board of Texas examiners will apply further disciplinary action on him.

Ive been going to T. Bob for 13 years and hope to come back when I have insurance again. He greets you with a smile, professional, friendly and caring approach. The only time he had no gloves on was when he was NOT working on a patient and consulting them, that was my experience, so I am not sure what that lady who reported him is talking about infact I am shocked she did that. Dr. T bob is a highly accredited and knowlegeable dentist and takes precautions seriously! I give him a 5 star rating. Make an appointment and see for your self the excellent service he provides and his excellent staff.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Davis for over ten years. Hes an excellent dentist and has been very helpful with all the various trials I have put my mouth through. Hes great with my small children. They like going to the dentist! Dr. Davis performed a last minute root canal on me after discovering decay under an old filling. I came away with very little pain and only needed a day of Advil and Tylenol. Hes been very kind in caring for me and answers all my questions. He tells stories while he works and makes a lot of jokes. We drive about an hour to see him and its worth it.
