When I moved to Dallas for work four years ago, one of the primary things in setting up in this new city was to find a good dentist. I did my research and found one dentist who not only had earned high praise, but is only five minutes from where I live. To be honest, I historically have been pretty lackadaisical in my oral hygiene and my gums were proof of that. I still learn new things about dental care even as I am now enjoying a nearly complete turnabout in my dental health. Ive had some different hygenists over these past years and have been happy with each and every one of them. (Nellie and Angie to name just two.) Just yesterday, I learned two new ways to brush more effectively, for example. Next, I have great respect for the office staff. Both Norma and Carole are take charge people and confidently speak for the practice as a whole. This all leads of course to the man whose name is on the shingle. And that is Dr. Jeffrey Jones. He clearly has worked diligently over the years to ensure a positive dental experience. I just cant say enough, but I think Id better stop here! Whether youre looking for nuts and bolts dental care or the latest in cosmetic dentistry, I join many others in recommending Dr. Jeffrey Jones.

I have been afraid of dentists most of my life. I hated it when my mother made an appointment for me and told me, if I didnt go to him all of my teeth would fall out. Well, put that feeling out the window...When I walked in to Dr. Jones Dental office on my first appointment I felt at ease. He and his entire staff all made me feel comfortable and appreciative. Dr. Jones sat down with me after going over my x-rays and put together an outline on what was needed to make my dental problems go away and to fix my teeth to were I can use them again. Now do you know that I look forward to my upcoming dental visits. I know I have a dentist that not only cares for me as a person, he really cares that he makes me happy again and that all of my dental needs are done right from the start to the finish. So when deciding on your next dentist..do what I did, schedule an appointment, have them take x-rays of your mouth and then have Dr. Jones sit down with you so he and you can go over a dental plan that will take care of all of your dental needs and concerns. Like he told me the other day, there is nothing that he has not seen or dealt with that he can not fix and make whole again..and you know what, I believe him. him

I had Dr. Jones place veneers on my four front anterior teeth when I was 18 years old. My original teeth were small "peg" teeth. They were embarrassing and I almost never smiled. My parents saved up the money to pay for my veneers all through high school, since we didnt have insurance. We went to a few other dentists first to talk about what all work I would need, and Dr. Jones was by far the kindest, most caring dentist we spoke to. I had deep pocket gums and needed perio treatment before he could perform my surgery. He made sure that my gums were perfectly healthy before he caused any trauma to them by doing my extensive surgery. Before I got my veneers I was insecure and self-conscious. Now my smile has opened doors for me. My photo is still on the before and after page for veneers (Im the second girl listed), you can look for yourself if you want to see what amazing work he does. Now I work for a Dentist doing marketing...a job I doubt Id have been able to get without a great smile. Thanks Dr. Jones!!

My wife went in for her first visit, they were very condescending and unprofessional. She described it as "the most painful dental visit i have ever had" they made her gums bleed and chastised her for it when she said it was painful. She is pregnant and increased bleeding is common during pregnancy. They also insisted she have her wisdom terth removed. Orher dentisits have repeatedly been fine with her wisdom teeth as they are straight and have not given her problems (she is in her late 20s). They hygenist was very defensive when she said that it was painful. Finally, the dentist never actually looked in her mouth, not a single time. I was schedduled to go as well but i am finding a different dentist instead

I utilized Dr.Jones as my only dentist from 2007-2013. My only reason for leaving is because I relocated to Austin, TX. As a struggling, fresh out of college young professional I had a lot going on and Dr.Jones and his team were always very understanding. He is thorough, with up to date equipment and procedures while answering all of your questions. He gives you the option and allows you to make your own decisions but with his professional advice. Even when I got my permanent crown redone, him and his team went a long way to do everything they could to make my experience and my smile as beautiful as it could be. His hygienists are gentle. Im truly thankful for their service.

Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful. He is ethical and honest, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy dentist. His staff is friendly and accommodating. The wait time is always very minimal. After moving out of state and visiting a new dentist who recommended various procedures that I was somewhat skeptical of, I traveled back to Dallas from out of state to get a second opinion from Dr. Jones. He saw no reason to perform any of the procedures other than a couple optional procedures I requested. I will continue to travel back to Dallas to receive dental care from him. Thank you for your honest and quality care, Dr. Jones!

I have been going to Dr. Jones for my dental work since 1985. I have had everything that you can think of done; from fillings, root canals, bridges, implants and a couple of teeth pulled. Dr. Jones primary concern has always been pain control and he is very good at it. Dr. Jones and his staff have always done a great job of taking care of me and my teeth. Their team will take you by the hand and gently lead you through the steps needed to solve your dental problem. I have always highly recommended Dr. Jones to my friends and co-workers.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. But Dr. Jones talks me through what he is doing as he goes. That has a calming effect on me. Kudos to the office managers. They send out reminders to get all the patients to the office on time. There is hardly any wait time when you arrive. You get called at your appointment time and get taken directly to the back to begin. In the back there is no wait time. You get in and get out of the dentist fast, with Dr. Jones expertise.
