Dr. Hong is by far the best vet I have ever taken my pets to. His prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the level of knowledge and experience he provides. His staff is also very kind and efficient. When one of my dogs had a badly broken leg (he was run over by a Jeep) all the other vets I went to told me either the leg was lost or that it would require multiple, expensive surgeries. I then went to Dr. Hong and he was very kind, he fixed my dogs leg with a series of splints. My dogs leg is perfect now! Since that day I would never even consider another vet. I met a woman in the waiting area that drives an hour each way to bring her pets to Dr. Hong. Tampa will have lost the greatest veterinarian in the area when Dr. Hong retires and he will be missed by the pets he treats as well as their owners.

Dr. Hong and his staff are amazing. My 17 yr old, Dalmatian has been a very happy patient for eight years. Recently, I took my tiny, 5.5lb, 11 yr old Chihuahua, Daniella, in for a teeth cleaning (very heavy plaque build up) because I had the option of not putting her under to complete the procedure. Wow! The procedure was fast, through and I was able to save one of her back molars (at least for now). The fee was under $55. As long as the owner is willing to participate in the process...Dr. Hong offers an amazing option to the high-cost, lengthy procedure available at most vet offices, where the pet is first put under a general anesthesia.Thank you Dr. Hong and staff. Northdale Animal Hospital -You guys are the best!!

My family and I have been bringing our pets to Dr. Hong for 15 years now. He is amazing! One of my dogs has constantly been dealing with health problems since she was born. She is now 8 years old and happy as ever. Clinics and specialty vets have always given up on her but Dr. Hong keeps her alive and well. My 4 dogs actually get excited when we pull into the "pizza hut" plaza and its not because of the pizza lol. Dr. Hong is knowledgeable, practical, and very reasonable. I sure hope he doesnt decide to retire any time soon. My animals are everything to me and I am blessed to know Dr. Hong.

I raise show quality miniature schnauzers, and it is a MUST to have a qualified veterinarian at your service. We just moved to the Carrollwood area with our two pugs and had to take our female in because she was puking up some blood. Let me tell you what, we will never go anywhere else. The doctor and assistant were both so nice and caring towards my dogs. It was the best vet experience I have ever had. The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend Northdale Animal Hospital.

Have been going to Dr Hong for 20 years and he is the best. The prices are reasonable and many times much lower than other vets. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes, but even if I did the money I save and the care my pets get makes waiting well worth it. Regarding the reviewer that waited 15 minutes.....ring the bell next time

We have used Dr Tom for 6 years and we have 4 dogs.Two of are older dogs had skin cancer ,Dr. Tom operated on both and it was a complete Success,the dogs are 13 yo & 12 yo.So we Trust the Dr 100 percent and he has a wonderful personality..The Dr .
