I went to this vet because i had a coupon for 39.99 for puppy vaccinations. i showed up at 3 pm and no one was there i called the number and he said he will be there in ten minutes, well it took him 40 minutes while i waited outside with my dog. I took my father in-law as well with me to get the adult dog vaccinations for 49.99. He was rude to us and rough with our dogs, he did both dogs in five minutes, sticks a thermometer in there butts puts it back in a solution comes back 30 seconds later and says both dogs have worms, and it would be 29 dollars more each for worm medicine. i was stupid to believe thats how worms work. I knew something was wrong when i went to pay and he said 90 dollars for me and 90 dollars for my father in-law. i was asking why it went from 40 for the vacs and 30 for the worms, thats still only 70. so where is the extra 20 coming from i asked, but he kept telling me that i didnt understand how vets work...then he set me another appointment for 2 weeks later, to give her more de-wormer, i asked how much that was he said 35, (now remember earlier he said 29?) then he continued to say it was going to cost me 70 dollars the next visit, so every time i asked how much things were he seemed to double his price. come to find out thats not even how u test a dog for worms (any kind) I talked to a real vet and they said this guy is a scam that they have heard about this same situation coming from his office, and that the only way to detect worms is from blood being drawn(witch he didnt do) or fecal matter(which i didnt bring in any stool sample or my dog never used the bathroom there.) so i have no idea how he just comes out and tells me my dog has tapeworms, he scammed me for more money and told me my dog has something when she really doesnt, Im going to go get her tested to see if he even gave her vaccinations and not just sugar water shots. if so Im sewing this place. please be aware of this man, hes is a true scam artist.

I recently came in to this clinic in December of 2013 because of a recommendation from a close family friend who brought her elderly dog to this clinic, when he was turned away from several other offices. Rocco was on the verge of dying from internal bleeding due to some disease, and so she brought him into Busch Animal Hospital. The doctor, who was very straightforward and kind, explained that he would give a good faith effort to examine the root of the problem and to perform any necessary work needed to help Rocco, instead of turning him away like all the other vets did. He immediately went to work, performing an emergency surgery, and within one week, Rocco was alive and well! I decided then to give this place a shot. The second I walked into this tiny clinic, I noticed the "homey" atmosphere it has. Its quiet, and very organized. I brought my pup, Toby, who is almost an 8 month old Jack Russell Terrier Mix cause I saw one of the specials he had advertised for an exam and shots. The appointment was quick and painless, the doctor was very nice and very knowledgable, and the prices were very affordable. Turns out the doctor only works on dogs and cats...My appointment was very quick and I was in and out within an hour. The receptionist who worked in the front window was also very kind and was quick to make Toby a record to be put on file. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a personal easy-to-deal with veterinarian who is honest and will tend to you and your dogs (or cats) needs! Highly recommend Busch Animal Hospital.

I took my dogs there because of his so called special....WHAT A RIP OFF!!!...He charged 352.00 just for one dogs that had an allergy...charges 49.00 for just the exam and because that bill was so high I could not afford to get the other dogs done. WATCH OUT FOR THE VET HE ADDS CHARGES TO HIS SO CALLED COUPONS...I cant not believe he ripped us off so bad. 49.00 for exam and shots etc, turned into 352.00...of and if you want a heart-worm test....beware that test is another 49.00 itself. He lost a 3 patients that would have gone to him for a lifetime since we just moved back to Florida 3 months ago...well he got the 352.00 for one which still did not even get the 49.00 deal. I could not get my dogs done. That was for my sons dog. Hell I can go to the Doctor myself for less than that!!! He lost the income for all 3 of them.....So....BEWARE...The guy is the worst ind of RIP OFF Vet I have ever seen!....No wonder the parking lot was empty!

I just recently gave my indoor cat of five years up for adoption. (I feel like I lost a family member, I did) Im not sure why she started acting like that, something in my house she didnt like, was the cats outside or me bringing the smell from outside inside. I didnt know what it was. Realizing I may have made a mistake, I called the adoption center and they told me i could have her back but call a vet and talk to them about your situation and i did. I called this vet to ask some questions about making changes around my house. I asked the so called doctor what changes I could make to help my situation and he was unprofessional. He says, "Im busy, I dont have time for this, call someone else. Very rude, disrespectful and no compassion what so ever. Sounds to me like anyones pet is a great risk at this veterinary office.

This was the worst vet Ive EVER been to!!! And its not even cheap when everything is all said and done! I took my 2 dogs in for their shots, the "doctor" was the only person in the entire place, no receptionist, no vet techs, just him, and his terrible attitude. He was rushed, rough, and completely unprofessional. He muzzled my dog like he was wrangling an alligator, and when he took blood from my other dog he just left her their bleeding all over the table!!! I almost refused to pay for the lack of services, but instead paid the ridiculous 250 dollars and went on my way. Never again, and if you care about your pet at all, dont take them to the CHEAP vet, take them somewhere that will treat them the way you would want to be treated!

We went to this vet clinic because of the multiple recession package coupons received in the mail. The coupons stated one price which was in fact true but the coupons failed to mention the high office visit fee as well as extra vaccination fees not included in the coupon special. What should have been approximately $60 or so wound up costing over $200. Despite the sharp increase in fees my cat didnt completely freak out so I think the vet, despite being a little short in his responses, is a good vet. To me this visit would have been great if it hadnt been for the sneaky fee factor.

My friend and I took my dog to this vet. When the vet took my dog in the back he asked if my kids where coming in I informed him no. I then told me that I need to watch my kids. My kids where not doing anything but sitting down. In that process he was very rough with her and i ended up spent $365 with meds and shots. it was my first and last time there. I have been to vets before where you dont spend that kind of money and be treated so badly. I would not tell my worse enemy about this clinic.
