I relocated to San Antonio in July 2016 with three young children away from my family and friends. I knew nothing about the state/area, except what Id heard about and researched. With little to no guidance/resources, I needed to secure new dental providers, amongst other things, for my children. The process was daunting, and I wanted to ensure that I chose wisely. I believe I might have first heard about Luna Dental at an event where I received flyers for various businesses in the area. I may have also passed by it while surveying the area. However I found it (or it found me), I am SO pleased with everything about this dental provider. The staff has always been very welcoming and provided remarkable service to my children. Luna Dental is extremely kid-friendly, and my children seem to LOVE it there. Outside, kids can enjoy safe play on the outdoors playground. Additionally, there is not only a game station, but also a theater area and mounted televisions for viewing movies. Even those are kid- / family-friendly. At the end of dental exams, kids receive a toy and balloon. How awesome is that?! Every provider has always been very explanatory, patient, and caring--A+. Assistants, front desk staff (the first-face of the dental practice), and everything in between has really exceeded any possible expectations I might have had. Everyone there has always seemed to care about the patients and their families. I find this to be one of the MOST WELCOMING dental practices Ive ever visited, and I truly appreciate service that, not only makes me want to return, but also bring my children without hesitation. Thank you, Luna Dental, for everything from the follow-up and appointment reminder calls to the friendly conversation. Finally, thank you to all of you who go above and beyond your job description! (A special thanks to Lori (a new friend) for mentioning the opportunity to review this establishment, because you ALL deserve kudos for a job well done). God bless you all immensely! Awesome experience! Lori the office manager was very nice and courteous. Also the staff Mary, Jessica and Maria were very kind and professional. The dentist office was clean and the whole staff was just amazing! It was our first time coming here and we are definitely coming back!! The waiting time was not long at all and they had drinks and pizza for everyone as we waited. My kids went for a checkup & cleaning and said everyone was nice and gentle. I am definitely telling my friends and family to come to this location. Great customer service and just all around great experience! Thanks Luna Dental :)

I have 3 children that I take to Luna Dental and I wouldnt take them any where else. The environment is very family-friendly. All of the staff makes you feel welcomed. One of my children had a horrible dental experience and Luna Dental has been a huge help with helping my child feel more comfortable with the dentist. I been coming here for five years!!! And I LOVE Luna Dental! The staff are so nice and patient, the ladys in the front are very professional. Luna Dental works with your schedule. Very fast dental check ups! The staff are very nice! I love the rewards they give the kids! My son is never scared of going. Ive never seen another child crying in that dentist office very patient staff. i would recommend this dentist office to any parent!

Staff has always been friendly and patient with my kids. I love the fact that is child friendly and always they come down to the kids level. Im very satisfied with the staff and place. The location is excellent for me since is about 7 mins away from home.

My kids love going to Luna dental! Weve been in Texas for 3 years now and see them every six months. And Im proud to say kids are cavity free! The staff is always very friendly and make the visit as painless as possible for both the kids and I!

Use to love coming here but wait are ridiculous waiting over a couple of hours to be seen is freaking ridiculous and then waiting another hour just to get there teeth clean thanks but no thanks will be moving my kids to another dentist office
