Where to start. Dr. Fowler is great. She is extremely personable, seems to be very knowledgeable in her field, and goes well above and beyond what I am used to for an eye exam. Their staff is incredibly helpful and polite. Their location is really convenient (located right next door to a starbucks if you have someone driving you). And, at least in my case, their prices were the same if not better than what you will see at a big box store like Lens Crafters or Pearls... which is amazing given that they offer much better service and attention to their customers. They even had my glasses delivered to my home for no extra charge via a concierge service since I cant drive without them. I was absolutely blown away. I swear they make you feel like a rock star without charging you like one. Now their selection is a bit more limited than a "big box" store, but, even though I require more specialty sized frames due to my head size, in my experience this was not an issue; as they dont have a lot of filler models that are just there so they can advertise a lower starting price. (Every option I looked at seemed really well made and stylish and was reasonably priced.) The only other issue is that you cant do same day service unless you have an appointment before 12 because they dont cut the lenses on site. However, with their concierge service that is not really a big deal; as they send a trained tech to help check and adjust the fitment of your glasses in your home or office. And all of this from a locally owned an operated business. You really cant go wrong with Hazel Family Eyecare. If you are used to more traditional outlet locations and all that goes with that... you are seriously in for a treat :).

I had an appointment with Dr. Fowler this morning and I could not have been more pleased with her and her staff. The courtesy and professionalism could be seen in each person I encountered from Jade at the front desk to Dr. Fowler during the exams. Dr. Fowler was very thorough and informed me about each test she performed and what perspective it gave her of my overall eye health. I was very appreciative of her knowledge and ability to explain, in simple terms, the answers to the questions I asked. My family and I will definitely return to Hazel Family Eyecare and I would recommend them to anyone!

Best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor!! Dr. Fowler treats you as more than just a patient - like a friend who has your best interests in mind. I have never felt so special and cared about at an optometrists office. The optical staff, Jade and Yooni, are very thorough and cater to your needs in eyewear land. I love the selection of eyewear carried at Hazel, they have everything to fit the budget and lifestyle one could ever look for. I would always choose Hazel over any other option there is out there. Support local family businesses!

Post lasik patient... After having lasik from a lasik institution i will not mention i was left with alot of side effects double vision, starburst, halos, migraines you name it... After going trough major depression and not finding a cure i found hazel eye care and Dr Fowler. She saved me from all of my side effects by providing me with scleral lens. Now i can live a normal life again. She is patient and really cares for her customers. I have been through a lot of eye doctors and hands down she is the best in georgia

I really liked Dr. Fowler. I have a "freckle" on the back of my eye which has caused me anxiety for quite some time. Dr. Fowler was very calm and reassuring. The office is immaculate - very clean, very classy. The front office staff is helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone who wants a quality optometrist. The non-insurance prices are very reasonable ($89 for an exam while many others are up in the $120-140 range) but she does take insurance if you have it. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Hazel Eye Care. The clinic is very clean, modern, and comfortable. They had a really good selection of glasses (which was nice since I needed a new pair that day). Dr. Fowler was very thorough with my exam and also very friendly and professional. Its nice to find a great eye clinic with very reasonable prices where I can bring my whole family (since we all wear glasses) instead of taking them to an overpriced "mall" eye clinic.

Dr. Fowler is such a wonderful eye doctor with all the latest and greatest in technology to care for your eyes. She truly cares about taking care of your eyes for the long term. Liz, the optician, is so sweet and patient and helped me pick out the cutest pair of glasses, they have the best variety to choose from and they fitted my glasses with the meye fit and took pictures to help me choose a pair, so neat!!! Youll leave a happy camper!!

The rest of the staff was very helpful with appointment scheduling and helping me figure out my insurance benefits. I was also super impressed by the variety of contact lenses that they carry, as well as their selection of eye glasses. I would definitely refer my family and friends here!

I was absolutely thrilled with my recent experience at Hazel Family Eye Care. My entire exam was performed by the optometrist, rather than a technician. This is very important to me. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional. The rest of the staff is upbeat and fun. They helped me pick out some pretty awesome frames, so Ill be stylin as I walk around Roswell. Two thumbs up!

Hazel Eye Care is the best in the area. Small family owned practice that is attentive and thorough. Dr. Fowler takes her time with each patient. The opticians sit down and will go through a million glasses options without being pushy and being very patient. Love this place!

Called Thursday morning with a very bad stye in my eye. They were able to get me in that morning. Beautiful, clean office and nice professional staff. They accepted my Ambetter insurance and promptly phoned in my prescription so I was starting my antibiotics by 11am!
