They are very good, well organized staff, caring Doctors. Ive gone there for about 18 years, mostly with Dr. Diana Gilbert. A few times our insurance changed and I went (ONCE) to each of the following companies for an eye exam before coming back: jcpenney (frames both broke, warranty only covers one time replacement...of the frames that break), lenscrafters (sides kept coming out of lenses), pearle (lenses werent set quite right, upsell from their misleading specials), and Sutton (convinced me to buy hideous frames). The best part is this really funky and quite handsome guy who looks at me in a zillion frames and honestly has agreed with me that there werent any that captured durability and style, so he encouraged me to wait a few weeks for their "trunk show" with several vendors and the latest trendy specs at huge discounts. So now, I have specs that reflect the current styles, but are really durable! And lastly, if you are a guy, or have sons, call and make sure Tyrone is there to help with the frames.

They are not people of their word. I had ordered glasses with certain features and they forgot to order the tint on my lenses . When I brought them back for them to fix they said they had ordered new lenses. I waited a month and called back to find that they never ordered them and that now they were going to charge me even more. I called to complain and when the manager called back He rudely told me I was either paying or no new lenses. So we went somewhere else for the rest of our family. I say dont waste your time!!! Find a place that keeps their word and has a better staff!!!!!!!

I went to my appt. in West Chester for a complete eye exam. They tested for all eye ailments and it took about an hour. The doctor and assistant were nice, seemed a little rushed, but answered my questions and made sure I made another appt. for 2016. Quite a few people were in the waiting area. Thank you, Rita Deal

Cant recommend them enough. Ive been seeing an ophthalmology practice that would take months to get an appointment. I recently switched to this team. I got an appointment in just a few days AND my eyes have never been refracted this well. My new pair of glasses made vision so effortless. They do a thorough job refracting and do not rush it.

Staff members are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Deutsch is patient and explains processes and results, encourages my questions and ensures I understand his responses.
