Dr. Mozek did the eye exam for my son and I wasnt really impressed. It was just ok. She didnt really have much rapport with a child who is pretty easy to talk to. But the worst thing about this visit was the bill we keep getting. Ins covers 100% of eye exams and she keeps billing us for $15. I have called 3 times, only to find the doctor either busy or gone and left messages. Never yet have I had a call back and still am receiving the bill. Will NEVER go to another Pearle Vision for an eye exam again!! I will go back to private optometrist offices from now on and use Pearle only for purchasing the glasses themselves!!!

The optometrists at Pearle are more experienced than at other places and it makes a difference. My daughters contacts as-prescribed by Americas Best were the wrong curvature and as a result the edges were grinding her cornea. A follow-up to Americas Best when the problem started did not fix the problem. The next diagnostic visit was to Pearle, and the optometrist immediately figured out the problem. The new prescription provided instant relief. You get what you pay for. Also, I have known Dr. Dawn Moczek for many years. It is clear that she actually cares about her patients; they are not just sources of revenue.

All the people are very nice except the girl who works at the reception. Never has the detail of saying good morning or giving a good treatment to patients I think she should work more in their body language and education in terms of manners today I was in that place and I said: good morning, she just looked and Under the head.
