Horrible customer service by one receptionist. I got to my appointment on time and was greeted by a nice young man who had the misfortune of informing me that my appointment was going to have to be rescheduled. The doctor I was scheduled to see had fallen ill. That, I understand. So, when I asked about available appointments that day, the other receptionist who was talking to another customer rudely interjected her two cents into our conversation and said, "No, were not taking anymore appointments today. We called you three times and the line was busy." I let her know that I hadnt received any calls and she proceeds to say my phone number out loud in front of her customer. Now, any genius knows that if you call someones cellphone and its busy, maybe the lines are just mixed up. And even if I had missed any calls, that was not called for. But that attitude, I could not stand. I referred back to the young male receptionist and closed out my rescheduling. Needless to say, I would not recommend patronizing this establishment if you want consistent good customer service.

I had taken the survey after puchasing my eyeglasses.. The store manager called me a few days later to ask about my comment on the survey wanted to know how he could help me and to drop in when it was convenient for me and ask for him (Roy).. What a wonderful experience! He listened to me carefully, He retested me and then ask the Dr to see me.. right then and there. I waited just a few minutes and was re-examined and.. ended up getting new lenses.. I came to pick them up.. I was amazed.. after 5 years of going to specialists and still not being able to see properly.. I can now see! The fine print, everything! I know I should have thanked him right then and there but I was so overwhelmed.. I sat in my car outside and read everything I could get a hold of.. Silly as it may seem I cried.. after all these years, it was amazing. You have an amazing Manager at your Watertown, New York store.. and I will always be a customer!!

1st time I came here was 5 days ago. I spent 2 hours on finding frames and the lady said she would put my name on them and save them for me and I wouldnt have to fill any paper work out when I came back cause I couldnt wait any longer on the doctor. Well needless to say I came back on 3/27/17 walked in and no info was saved about me no frames where not saved and my appointment was at 12:00 and I still had to wait on the Dr an hour.... Poor customer service one person offers to tell me I was next and guess what I wasnt !!!!!!!! I WILL NOT EVERY COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

Terrible location! Terrible service! I have been rescheduled three times. The second time the doctor was not present and they claimed to have called me several times to notify me the red head woman said my number out loud which wasnt correct. On my third visit no paperwork was found and I had to do it all over. The receptionist red head Caucasian woman again claimed to not have been the one to handle my paperwork but she was there all three times!

I have been a customer here for years. My recent visit, I had a horrible experience. I will not be back and will gladly take my business elsewhere. The customer service here is essentially nonexistent. The manager does not care about his customers and could care less if he loses them. Go elsewhere....save yourself the hassle!

Very rude from the time I walked in the door. Female at desk said no more walk in eye exams for the day at 2 PM and Doctor leaves at 5 and they close at 6. Only 1 person sitting in the waiting room and they just wanted frames with no exam. Smacking gum and being rude. Asked if I wanted to make an appointment, no thanks.

Long story short- had a misunderstanding that made me think I could not buy contacts so I spent $366.00 on glasses. When i came back and found out I could get contacts, the manager refunded all my money and made it right with no hassle! Could not be happier!!!

The Dr rushes you through your eye exam and none of the staff is very helpful besides one person named Britney. wouldnt recommend this location.
