They dont even deserve 1 star. My family all go to the Greenberg Dental location in East Colonial Drive, Orlando. Somehow even with an appointment we always have to wait over an hour to see the dentist. This is with the exception of when we have to do cleaning with Don, our wait time is reasonable with him. Last week, last week in Sept 2016, I have called to schedule an appointment to see the dentist for my daughter. It was scheduled for 10/5/16 at 2:30 PM. Then on 10/3/16, one of their staff called me and said the appointment time needed to be moved up. I have agreed on 1:00 PM. With this staff failure to notate the scheduling system properly, on the day of my appointment, I’ve showed up at 12:57 PM for my 1:00 PM appointment. The same staff, she putted my daughter in as an emergency service. This means, I have to wait between patients to get in. After waiting for 67 minutes I’ve checked with the Office Manager. She said we did not have an appointment. I have told her what had happened and also let her listened to the voicemail I’ve received from her staff on 10/3/16. She admitted that was a mistake on their part and that she will move me up quickly. End up, I waited for another hour totaling over 2 hours and was the last person left in the waiting room. I got up and asked the Office Manager, what’s going on? And just got so sick this unprofessional and unacceptable type of service, and left the office. Throughout the past 2 hours of waiting, aside from their staff’s failure to notate my appointment properly has cost me time away from work, time away from school and waiting time. Also, their dentist - Mike Freeman and his assistant were walking in and out checking their phones, not sure if they were texting or what; Then standing in the corner near the filing area to chit-chat on and on. It was over 15 minutes of chatting before they decided to continue with business. Dentist Mike Freeman was on his phone as he walked from the hall to the reception area and back at least 3 times. I find this place is so unprofessional and they don’t care about patient time. “Time is money”, that is why people do business and have to go to work to make a living. Apparently, they are careless or just don’t care. Or maybe it is because we are a minority, they discriminated us? Because every time it seems like even with a scheduled appointment we have to wait over an hour just to see the dentist whether it is for 5-10 minutes. I let you make the judgment on this, as for my family we will never step near Greenberg Dental location again. I have raised the situation to their customer service POC, Ms. Wanda, but not sure if anything will be addressed or care. I am very disappointed and hope that you will not have to waste your time like me, time from work – time from school – time waiting in their office – then have to re-do again…because I still have to schedule a different appointment for my daughter to see the dentist, just NOT with Greenberg Dental.

This place doesnt deserve any starts at all. I wish I was wise enough to read the reviews before I set foot in here. My first visit here, the dentist assistant took so long to prepare the utensils. The utensils from this office were picked out from drawers and laid out on top of a napkin on the counter. (Usually my past experiences at all dentist offices, they would open the utensils from a sealed bag but NOT this office) So, that being said, I have no idea if the things they use are sterile or not. Then the dentist suggest nitrous for my daughter and the device wasnt even properly installed because the pipes kept falling apart as they turned the machine on. The dentist assistant also grossed me out because she was wiping the counters with a wipe and didnt change her gloves and continued to work on my daughters teeth. So they told me after that visit, my daughter had a bad cavity and they need to wait for my insurance to approve it and theyll do it the next visit. WELL, today is the next visit and they said the insurance havent approved it yet so they worked on filling other teeth. I only came back because I really wanted to cover that one bad Cavity. So,The same dentist assistant took so long AGAIN. The dentist is comes in with an attitude and my 7 year old daughter is choking on her saliva as hes working on her teeth. Instead of using the straw thing to suck up the saliva he lets her cough/choke and tells her "just breathe through your nose" ????!!!! Let me remind you she is SEVEN years old. How uncomfortable this must feel for someone so young and how careless he is toward her. And to make matters worst, she chokes again a few minutes later and he tells her the same thing to breathe through her nose. The receptionist at this office is really unorganized as well. There are no confirmation calls at this office and all they care about is sitting and talking to each other. Save your time and do not come to this office. This office is a careless, rude, living nightmare. Customer service is awful. I rarely rarely write reviews but for someone to cause my daughter this amount of fear, I will write this review. I will never come back here.

I had seen Dr. Hammoudeh here a few times prior to my horrible experience. The last time I saw him was for a crown. Entering the office it was like they had over booked themselves, and were rushing. Dr. Hammoudeh left me alone with the assistant most of my time there for the temporary crown and fitting. The assistant used PERMANENT cement on a temporary crown, damaged my gums, and left the cement all throughout my mouth. The next day I was in so much discomfort, I called and told the Team Leader, Blythe (I think) and it felt like she didnt take me serious that something was wrong. I have had one crown before, but of course at this time I had no idea that they had used the wrong cement product and damaged my gum. After going back and forth with her, begging to be seen, she put me on hold to see if the Dr. could squeeze me in. 5 minutes later she comes back and says "The Dr. said that if you dont like his work, you are no longer welcome here." I was mortified! I called the customer service hotline and explained to the woman what Blythe (I think) had said. The woman called their location (all while my husband was there in the office picking up records!) the Team Leader did not tell the customer service woman what really happened!!! I was so upset that the people in this office just turned on me as soon as something didnt go right. Such a lack of accountability that I wish I could give them 0 stars. I truly was in tears when the Team Leader treated me this way. Anyway, the woman at customer service was extremely helpful. She got me to another location, and that Dr. was so taken back by what happened and apologized. It took 3 more appointments and about $200 more for him to correct what happened at Dr. Hammoudehs office. I would continue to use Greenberg, just not Dr. Hammoudeh. Please know that they have a customer service department if you ever need them like I did!
