Wow. Such a great place of business. From the second I called and talked to Matt the receptionist, I felt at ease. I am normally a person with high anxiety walking into dentist offices. But just talking to him on the phone, and then arriving at this quaint office and realizing the ENTIRE staff was as sweet and nurturing as Matt, was such a relief. I was going in for potentially bad news because one of my wisdom teeth had broken off (so I know I needed that removed) but also I hadnt visited a dentist in over a year so I know I didnt have the healthiest gums and teeth and I was looking at a painful cleaning! Once I arrived, I was greeted by name for my appointment and then filled out paperwork necessary. Within minutes of filling it out Karen, the hygensit was calling me back. AGAIN...THE SWEETEST LADY EVER. She made me feel at home. She carefully explained what I would need and what they would do to make me feel more comfortable. Made the whole process seem so great. She even kept checking on her next appointment throughout mine, because she wanted to keep me there to continue working on me and start our plan if she could. DR. Peter Kelly came in and was also a very kind. Warm, makes you feel at home. He listens, takes care of you and makes you feel that your issues really will get resolved. Ive already recommended this place to two of my co-workers because its that fantastic. :) Give them a call you wont be disappointed!

I am relatively new to Orlando and needed to make an appointment for a cleaning. I was referred to Rincon Dental Arts and I am really glad I was. I work an odd schedule and had to change my appointment time last minute. Debbi at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating to my situation. A hygienist and herself came in early for me and I greatly appreciated it. Im not someone that particularly likes getting my teeth cleaned. In the past, Ive asked for gas to help me relax before the hygienist would start jabbing my mouth. There was no need for that here. The hygienist was extremely conscientious of me throughout the cleaning and I was able to relax. I highly recommend Rincon Dental Arts and I no longer dread going to the dentist.

Rincon Dental Arts is by far the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. The staff is very friendly and efficient with your time. The office is very clean with lots of windows and not to mention you have your own TV when sitting in the chair. Dr. Peter Kelly is honestly the most caring Dentist. He has lots of patience yet very prompt. Very understanding, down to earth and easy on the eyes. I was probably 3 weeks out from a wedding and requested KoR whitening before my event. Dr. Peter Kelly was able to get me in quickly around my busy schedule and had my trays done within a week. I loved the KoR whitening results and the extraordinary well organized service! - Patient for Life -

Hands down best dental experience Ive ever had. Im no fan of the dentist, but this was as comfortable of an experience as I could have asked for. Very friendly staff and a comfortable waiting room. Its a real one on one experience. Dr. Kelly is sincere and passionate about what hes doing. The best part is theyre efficient and fast. Had a crown and cavity and it was done in half the time it took Greenberg dental. Also youre looking out of a huge window at at a garden while youre in the chair instead of looking at posters of rotten teeth and no windows like everywhere else Ive ever been. Make sure you check them out. Youll be glad you did!

I have been going to this dental practice for over 20 years and was a little nervous when Dr. Nelson retired and Dr. Kelly took over. Every bit of my concern was eliminated the first time I met Dr. Kelly. He truly cares for his patients and it shows with his chair-side manner. Very professional and takes his time to answer any questions that you may have. I dont normally take the time to complete a review like this, but I was so impressed with Dr. Kelly and his staff, that I felt compelled to write one. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly and Rincon Dental Arts to everyone and I wouldnt trust my smile to anyone else!!

I have had such a wonderful experience at Rincon Dental Arts. This has been my favorite dental office by far! The staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Kelly are incredibly welcoming and accommodating - working easily around my own busy schedule. Dr. Kelly is highly knowledgeable and is always extremely helpful with all of my questions on hygiene, teeth whitening, wisdom teeth, etc, etc, etc. He is gentle and always takes his time working with me. My teeth are always pearly when I leave! He is great with kids as well, theyre always laughing when hes around. I highly, highly recommend!!

I called this place twice today to ask about insurance and I spoke to a gentlemen named "Matt". Both times that I called he seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than lending me a helping hand. Ive been in the service industry for 15 years. When a negative customer experience occurs, there is only one person or group you can blame-Management. For someone like me who is weary of dental visits, my interaction with Matt didnt help. 1 Star may seem extreme considering I have yet to visit this office but remember, first impressions are the most important!

You wouldnt typically associate a good time with a dental office but I can honestly say that with every visit to Dr. Kelly and the Rincon Dental Arts Team I am comfortable and truly do enjoy my time with them. The staff is very efficient and pleasant, and unlike other dentists in town do not try to up sell you on all of the new and trendy products. I have been a patient for over 4 years, first with Dr. Nelson and now with Dr. Kelly and cannot imagine trusting my teeth with anyone else in town! Thank you so much to the Rincon Dental Arts Team!

This was by far the most pleasant experience Ive ever had at a dental office. The office decor was inviting and comfortable and the staff was more than hospitable. Along with a quick and painless cleaning, I learned more about the upkeep of my mouth from Dr. Kelly and my hygienist Karen than I had in my entire life previously. I walked away from Rincon feeling confident not just about the cleanliness of my mouth, but about its healthiness as well. I have to admit....Im a little disappointed that I wont be going back for another six months!

I could not have been happier with my experience at Rincon Dental Arts. Dr. Kelly and his staff were so professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Kelly made sure to answer all my questions/concerns about oral hygiene, invisalign, and wisdom teeth. He was even accommodating to my work schedule. Normally, I have dental anxiety, but Dr. Kelly and his staff were so gentle, I am actually looking forward to my next visit! Not to mention, my teeth felt so smooth and clean when I left. If you are looking for an amazing dentist, look no further!

I was the person who was petrified to go to the dentist due to horrible past experiences. I was referred to Dr. Kelly and his staff a year ago. A year later Im still going regularly and look forward to seeing the fantastic hygienists that are on staff at Rincon. Dr. Kelly has an amazing bedside manner. He explained everything that he was going to do and was very gentle. I recommend him and his staff to anyone who has a fear of dentists. It will be the best move you ever make!! I cant wait to see them for my next cleaning!!!!
