I want to start by saying how much I dislike going to the dentist. I think sometimes that I would rather have my gall bladder removed again than go to the dentist! Recently in the past year I have begun to have severe tooth pain and broke a couple teeth. I became very embarrassed because I am only 26, and didnt want to feel uncomfortable in the dentists office so I put off going to the dentist. I went to Aspen first because I wanted an evaluation of how bad my teeth actually were. They took awesome x-rays for free on my first visit and set me up with their advisor to get help paying for the work needed on my teeth. Dr.Aljonaidy was so comforting when she explained the work she was going to do to your teeth. She told me not to wait until there was a problem......but I did. I woke up one morning and my face was blown up from an infection all through my check and neck. I called Aspen and they got me back in right away. Dr. A gave me a hard core antibiotic to help get rid of the infection but assured me that the tooth had to come out. I was instantly dreading coming back in to get my tooth surgically extracted. When I came back Dr. A assured me everything was going to be ok, because she could tell I was a little freaked out. Then she numbed me up super good to where I definitely couldnt feel a thing. Then she poked and prodded my tooth a little and then said she was just going to do a small pressure test. Next thing I knew she put gauze in my mouth and said "How was that? Your done." I promise I never felt a thing!!! It was the most amazing thing. I just had to go back today because I had a small bit of root that broke off, it wasnt painful just irritating. When I went back in Dr. A numbed me up and then I opened my mouth and it was over. No pain again!! I think shes awesome and has really changed my view on going to the dentist. Ill post again about my cleaning next week!

This is the first time that I feel genuinely compelled to write a negative review about a place/service, but my experience with Aspen Dental was so awful that I must warn people. Now, if you have a dental insurance, you might be slightly luckier, but if you dont have one and suddenly find yourself in need of medical attention, prepare yourself for a RIP OFF. These people dont care about the well being of their patients, they are after YOUR money. The nurse that took my X-rays seemed more interested in me rating their stupid Oral B toothbrush than understanding my problem, while the dentist, Dr Santelli I believe, barely looked into my mouth, like a real professional would, and based everything on a quick examination of the X-rays. She never explored the options available, based on priorities and financial possibilities, NO, she simply sent me out the door with a treatment plan that would have cost over 4,000 dollars, including all kinds of work I did NOT need. The most urgent procedure alone was 2,200 plus dollars. AND they wanted $1,000 upfront, even if the actual appointment was the next day. My gut feeling told me I needed to seek a second opinion and Im very glad I did: a local office with 20+ years of experience took care of my situation wonderfully for a FRACTION of the cost Aspen Dental requested. The root canal they presented to me as crucial was not even necessary at this stage! Spare yourself a bunch of stress and go local - dont give your money away to a disgusting corporation.

I had my first visit on Wednesday to Aspen Dental in Daytona. I had a great experience. My appointment was at 2:00pm and as soon as i finished my paperwork, my name was called. Ana Pinera was the dental assistant that greeted me and did my x-ray. She was very sweet and professional. Ana made me feel comfortable and relaxed, since I always get nervous at the dentist. Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcomed. The hygienist, was also very nice and helpful when she examed my gums and gave me all the information based on my gums. When the Dr. Patel came in to see me (which I didnt wait long as at all as you normally have to do with doctors) he was gentle when examing my teeth and answered all my questions. Ana came back and checked with me to make sure everything was still going smoothly. Then she walked me over to see James the consultant. James was a gentlemen and helped me figure out the best payment plan for what I needed. He was able to find me the perfect plan and set up the appointments that best fit my schedule. Overall I had a great visit and this office can definitely count on me as a new client. Did I mention that i live in Orlando, so it is a drive for me but from what I heard I just had to try it out, and Im glad I did.

I cant believe anyone would give them a 5 star rating. I went there for an initial visit and wanted to get a teeth cleaning, and they gave me an estimate that it would cost $2600 with my insurance. They take you into an office and shut the door and try to pressure you into paying that amount that day or applying for credit to pay! I felt a little weird about the entire situation so I went to a another dentist to get a 2nd opinion and my cost there to fix two cavities and get a teeth cleaning with my insurance was $95! A HUGE difference from Aspens estimate of $2600! I understand there are differing opinions in treatment but a different of $2500!!! When I asked to have my xrays transferred to the other dentist the receptionist was so rude she continued to hang up on the new dentists office and myself. They kept telling me its not "their policy" to send xrays to another provider even with my written consent and I have to come in and pay for them. Ive had records transferred from other doctors offices with no hassle in the past. This is yet another way for them to make more money off of you. BEWARE this office is all about making money not what is best for the patient. I cant believe they are in business with such deceptive practices.

I was treated with respect, compassion and everyone that I encountered, in every department, were all extremely accommodating with much kindness. I went there on an excellent referral from a friend that couldnt say enough positive about her visits. Shegot dentures that look so natural, I didnt even know she had them. I went in with alot of problems, in alot of pain! I was terrified, embarrassed and crying. They went above and beyond their call of duty, not only to be gentle and reassuring, but to let me know that they were going to take good care of me and not to worry. Awesome Dentist, Dr. Patel, that took the time to explain everything, gave me options and, with his experienced advice, helped me with a treatment plan. Great Hygeienist! She was careful, gentle, explained everything to me and gave me brochures to take home that pertained to me. The last person to meet with me, James, Financial Consultant, was very polite, informative and gave me everything I would need to make things happen! I recommend them highly! Professional and caring!
