Ive been coming here since I was four, and Im twenty now. I have three younger siblings which my parents all take here too. We have had nothing but a great experience here for the past sixteen years. Dr. Taylor and his staff are some of the friendlist people Ive met. I enjoy chatting with them whenever Im waiting. They have always expressed concern for me, for example asking if Im alright during cleanings, fillings, or other procedures. When I was younger, I was scared of dental work, but they would always walk me through what they were going to do to help give me a peace of mind. The thing that amazes me the most is how they work with the younger kids. Ive seen some difficult children come in during my appointments (and I used to be one of them). The staff is really patient with them and trys to help them relax or reward the child with a prize later. Dr. Taylor is really careful and skilled when it comes to dental work. He always explains whats wrong, what hes doing, and what he recommends to the parents. Hes respectable and he knows what hes doing. I really hope I am able to take my future children to his office in the future.

The office lady (would have noted her name if we werent so livid and distracted by that) is so condescending and arrogant its unbelievable. They require birth certificates to see your child. In all of my years I have never needed to bring a birth certificate to ANY doctor to be seen. We drove an hour to this place only to be turned around because we were not informed that we needed to bring my sons birth certificate. The lady was so snooty and couldnt care less nor did she attempt to provide any remedy or compromises. This office will not see you after 12 pm if you carry insurance. Hate this place, will never go again and would certainly not recommend anyone here. Cant rate the dentists service as we didnt even get to that point due to all the initial troubles.

This office is so unprofessional and uncaring ! I changed dentists for both of my children. The hygienist are polite while they are working with your child but after that will walk right past you and not speak or update you no matter how long you sit there waiting on the dentist to finally come see your child once the hygienist completes their cleaning portion, which could be over an hour. When I told the office staff the kids would not be back they could of cared less and was quite sarcastic. I was not aware that this office had so much business that they dont care if they lose business but evidently they do. If you want your child to be properly cared for in a caring environment do not use this office.

Extremely friendly and very nice staff. My daughter was terrified on her first visit and the dental assistant was very patient with her and also able to get her to calm down. Im from titusville... Definitely worth the drive. No long waits, very professional establishment.

Today we went there for semiannual check up. After waiting for 20 min there I was told that they dont work with our insurance any more. Oh sorry! Needless to say that I planned my day accordingly. Are they could have called me in advance with this information.

Called to set up an appointment the gentleman who answered wasnt rude at all, he let me know that theyre too busy for new patients and theyre booked till September- October 2017. I hope this helps someone so you dont waste time calling.

I was just told that even though my son has a broken tooth, they cant promise he will be fixed during the same visit because they need to do a first visit physical first. She couldnt have cared less that he is in pain and 7.

Ive been with Dr. Taylor ever since I was a kid and hes an amazing man who cares for his clients and always tries to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Id recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone who needs dental care.
