Dr. Porter is an embarrassment. The location is very convenient; and her front desk staff is excellent. Shout out to Morgan, but I hope she finds a better job. However, Dr. Porter is the worst. If you are a patient who needs open communication with your healthcare provider to make informed choices, shes not the one for you. She is a woefully inadequate communicator with her patients about risks that may be associated with dental procedures. It wasnt until after she began a standard procedure-- with tools in my mouth-- that she mentioned that 50% of the time that patients getting this procedure required root canals. She also did such a poor job the first time I had a cap done that eating a sliced piece of fruit snapped a cap apart. When confronted with this problem, Dr. Porter then struggled to determine how to fix what she did poorly in the first place. I was also deeply disturbed and shocked that she openly argued with one of her dental assistants and/or hygienists about what the appropriate next action to my procedure would be while hovering over me. They literally argued across my body while Porter played Jason Derulos Wiggle played in the background. This went on for at least 10 minutes. A class act, this one. I gave her a chance and tried to be fair-minded, but never again will I give this fool my business again or the opportunity to put my dental health at risk. She is grossly unprofessional and doesnt deserve to call herself a dental healthcare provider. Do yourself and your family a favor and pass.

Well I have FINALLY found an AMAZING dentist. I was in the office today of Dr. Porter and her unbelievable staff. When I entered the office, I was greeted by a smiling receptionist. That smile emminated through the entire office. After a brief wait, I went into my room and was taken care of by Jennifer, who deep cleaned my teeth, while smiling and serenading me to the 80s music. She does a great job and has a great voice to boot. After this Dr. Porter came in to do my feeling, expertly asssisted by Kelli. Both of these woman took excellent care of me and my teeth. I have tried to find a dentist and staff like this for over 4 years and now I have. What a blessing! And lastly they will contact ME in 3 months for my next cleaning, not the other way around. If you are tired of the nonsense and bad dentists in this area GO SEE DR PORTER and her staff. THEY ROCK!! (that was for you Jennifer)

Dr. Porter has done a fantastic job and has made me a lifetime client! I was born with missing lateral incisors (two of my front teeth) and wore a "flipper" for years. As a young woman, I was always self conscious with my smile. My teeth seemed abnormally small for my face and just didnt fit with the rest of my features. As of today, my smile is better than ever! As a business professional, I am constantly speaking with and interacting with clients. I value my appearance and I am now confident in my smile thanks to Dr. Porter! The entire staff has made this an enjoyable experience from the start, and I look forward to seeing them for many years to come!

I would like to share my experience and opinion about Dr. Porter and her wonderful staff. First, they have a beautiful office. Real comfortable too. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. All of them are very professional. All the latest technologies in dentistry. Dr. Porter takes the time with you and explains everything that she needs to do. Beville Dental Care is amazing!!! The customer service is remarkable which is why Im willing to drive over an hour to get to them. The staff is always courteous and it makes me feel special when they greet me by name. A prime example of their awesome service was when I came in for my appointment but I needed to get my teeth cleaned as well (which wasnt scheduled - totally my fault). My dental hygienist Jennifer was able to fit me into her schedule and was able to clean my teeth!

The front desk staff and techs are great. The dentist however was very rude. Acted like she had other things to do while she was with me. Constantly clearing her throat... awkward. and made a couple of comments that made me feel like i would never want to come back. And then i get a notice in the mail that the office had an audit. So i got refunded money that i shouldnt have been charged in the first place. Crooked people... :/ too bad I will be finding a new dentist....

Beville Dental Care offers the best customer service Ive had YET! From the time I called with my last minute emergency to the time I sat in their chair, I felt at home. I was very nervous about my procedure, but I was comforted by Pamela, Brianna, and Jennifer. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT staff. And this is coming from a TOUGH critic! Dr. Adriana is AMAZING! Patient, caring, and very professional! Highly recommended! ❤️

I have always had horrible anxiety about going to the dentist. So I let my teeth get really bad and finally ended up going to Beville Dental Care. The office was very clean and neat. The staff were all very friendly and they were very understanding of my anxiety. It was the best dental experience I had and was pain free. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who has anxiety about going to the dentist.

I just love this dental office! Dr. Porter is very skilled and works fast. My visits take very little time. Although I have had cavities filled and crown prep done, I have never had any pain. None! The other staff are friendly and helpful. It is easy to get an appointment, and they email me a reminder. My stress levels at the dentist have gone way down. I know I will be well cared for.

I only go to the dentist when something breaks..and then it is hard for me to do with my level of anxiety. Dr. Porter and her entire staff make something that is very difficult for me much more comfortable. They were able to do things no other dentist in my life ever had!! I recommend them to everyone and even consider going back for regular cleaning Services and dental work!

Top notch experience, and I am very much in need of dental work. The dental exam was very extensive, and the doctor developed a detailed treatment plan and even priced it out before I left. The practice accepts CareCredit (SM), which appears to be a good way of financing required procedures. Comfortable environment and friendly staff. The office is easy to locate.
