Every time I go into the office of Port Oranges Aspen Dental or get a letter from Port Oranges Aspen Dental, it has been a horrible experience. Even my fiance has had plenty of bad experiences with this office. For me, this office constantly bills me saying I owe over $300 even though I paid my dental service in full before I even started treatment. I called the office over 3 times to take care the bill. The last time I was there, I pretty much screamed at them to handle my account properly. They had excuses after excuses. I got the office manager to write off the amount that was left because they made a mistake on my estimated benefits I had with my dental insurance. They wanted me to pay the remainder balance but, I told them repeatedly that I am not paying this bill because I sign a contract stating how much I owed which, I paid way before I received treatment. I am grateful that I am a medical coder and biller because I understand my patient rights and I can catch if a business is trying to pull one over me. For my fiance, they want to bill him as well for services that he paid upfront for. He just received a bill for the services and these services happened over 6 months ago. My fiance cancelled his appointment with this office and went to the Daytona Beach office. The staff at the Daytona Beachs Aspen Dental told him that there is a clause for Aspen Dental offices cannot bill the patient or insurance for dental services after 6 months of date of service. If I could give this rating zero stars, I would. This office does not know how to handle their business properly. I will be returning back to the Daytona Beachs Aspen Dental Office.

Arrived 20 minutes early to do paperwork with one other person in the waiting. I was finally seen an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Was told I needed a deep cleaning and treatment. After being prepped and I was given a crazy quote without having checked my full insurance coverage. I stopped the procedure and asked for a copy of my chart and x-rays I was told my information was enter on someone else account and they had to "find" it. I called back the next morning and was told they have my x-rays but not my charting. Very shady and disorganized! Stay away!!!! After deciding to see another Dentist 2 hours away that I trust, I was told my records were lost and my x-rays couldnt be electronically sent to the other office because they dont have that capability. This forced me to have to pay out of pocket of another exam and x-rays but I did save the $1,700 the Aspen wanted to charge me for a procedure that was not needed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! STAY AWAY FROM APSEN DENTAL PERIOD!!!

My wife was experiencing some dental procedures with pain and discomfort. Jackie Murray, the dental hygenist made her experience a very painless and comfortable visit. Jackie assisted the dentist so well that my wife was comfortable at all times. We suggested to her to go to dental school, because she loves her job at Aspen Dental and eager to learn all that she can, The crowns are on and now she has a nice smile. She needs to get a night guard and two new partials this week and she will be finished. The dentist Dr. Pinmentel, is a perfectionist in his dental profession and makes her experience exciting, to have a beautiful smile at 74 years old. We are both pleased with Aspen Dental in Port Orange, Florida

I will highly recommend Dr. Farah Hasan to anyone who is looking for a good dentist. Her sweet, caring and friendly manner makes you feel as comfortable and relaxed as you can in a dentists chair. When she found out that I was getting married in a week she went into action and did everything possible to make sure I could smile confidently for my wedding pictures. My new bridge came in within a week and my smile is as good as new. Thank you Dr. Hasan! Not only my new dentist....my new friend :) I also wanted to mention the efficient, helpful, staff, especially Catalina, one of Dr. Hasans Dental Assistants. They work very well together and make a great team!

This office is a joke. The dentists are too young and under skilled. The office staff is rude short and nasty and the only one whos nice in there is the x-ray technician!! I set an appointment for an extraction with an oral surgeon to use gas and have a tooth pulled to only go in there and be told what did you set your appointment up for? what are you here for? Oh and no were not pulling it today but we can give you an x-ray when Ive already had two x-rays on the same to tooth! Do Not!! I repeat do not ever go to this dentist office especially if you have kids!! Google is there going to eventually be a button where you can give them a no star rating? Lol

I have a lot of things that need to be done to my teeth. Everyone was super friendly and understanding. While I was there I was told that I had a tooth that either needed an immediate root canal (50/50 chance of resolving the issue) or have it extracted! I opted in for the extraction, first time in my life losing an adult tooth. The entire procedure was explained to me, dry socket prevention was described to the "T" and they pulled the tooth. When finished, I kept the tooth and was surprised at the size of the hole in my tooth from the decay. Overall, if you need any work done, see these guys at Aspen Dental! Best treatment ever!!!

This branch is GARBAGE... Wish I can give zero out of five stars. How does a business charge someone something that no one notified me about? How does a business charge someone of a fee after six months of having an appointment!?! Their clause for patients say "They cannot charge anyone after six months of having an appointment, otherwise it has to be written off." Well... it was not written off. They know the clause and did this anyway... As a matter of fact, it was sent to collections. I am not paying that and I will follow up with the collections account to let them know also I am not paying this money. I am genuinely disgusted....

I went in as a new patient for a cleaning after getting a clean bill of health from my previous dentist in a different state and was presented with a quote for over $1,000 worth of unnecessary dental work. After reading the reviews, I could see that everyone was given pretty much the same diagnosis and high quote. Amazingly, they charged my insurance before doing the work, that I refused (Insurance fraud, hello!!!) No I am waiting to get reimbursed for a series of procedures that they didnt performed but still charge the insurance. Again....Insurance fraud,, anyone??.
