Today, I asked Dr. Baroco to put to sleep my beloved 14-year-old Scooby. I met her and her wonderful staff a couple of years ago, but I wish I had known them longer. From the first time I took Scooby to them, everybody was warm and caring. Im a bit disabled and had trouble giving him his medicine, but they helped me work it out. When he needed tests that I could not afford, Dr. Baroco worked with my financial reality and priortized what had to be done. Scooby needed expensive surgery, but Dr. Baroco worked out an alternative treatment that enabled me to extend his quality of life for over an additional year. Finally, I had to make the most difficult decision and let Scooby go. Dr. Barocos assistant comforted and kept him calm as she assisted Dr. Baroco. They also gave me comfort. My first dog did not have this good experience with a different vet many years ago. As upset as I was, I also felt relieved because Scooby died in warm and caring hands.

Dr. Baroco takes the time to thoroughly examine your pet, and then makes sure you understand her diagnosis. Her treatment plan is thoughtful, and she makes sure you understand why she has chosen this plan. She also is careful to give you ALL the information you need including any side affects to keep an eye out for. We feel very fortunate to have found Town Center Animal Clinic.

We unknowingly adopted a very sick kitten 4 weeks ago that would lead to an incredibly stressful month. Our kitten lost weight and became very ill. Bad news became worse when the kitten became the catalyst for our older cat becoming sick too. Just a few days ago both cats were day-to-day. Over the course of 10 visits our cats are now healthy due to the staffs personal care, exceptional service, and willingness to go above and beyond. We cannot thank you all enough. We love you guys!

We love Town Center Animal Clinic. They are very friendly, knowledgable and have a wonderful "bedside manner" with our dogs. I feel like we get answers based on caring about the health of our pets vs making themselves more money with unnecessary tests. We get realistic answers and advice and leave feeling like we have been treated well. This clinic is absolutely the best in the north metro area, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Alida Baroco, and the staff cared for our dog as if it were their own. Super friendly, accommodating, immaculate facility, no waiting time, and last but not least, no sticker shock for the procedures. Without a doubt, the best veterinarian experience our family has ever encountered, and we have had many dogs over the years. We will be using Dr. Alida Baroco, and Town Center Animal Clinic for all our animals needs from here on out.

They genuinely care about my kids (three dogs) as though they were their own. I feel like the treatment received is based on the health/care of my dogs rather than making money with potentially unnecessary tests.
