We found a street cat and wanted to do the chip check first with some basic tests to see if he is a lost cat. We dont have any pets, so we didnt know what we should do to handle all of this. I called Banfield the day before (we found the cat in the evening), and was told we could put him in a laundry bag and transport him to the hospital (which i was told by others later, this was a terrible idea!). The cat end up getting very scared and pooped all over the bag, and of course it was all over himself. At banfield, the receptionist (or nurse? didnt take the cat out when he did the chip check. The receptionist (or nurse?) just put his hand into the laundry bag and told us there was no chip, and the vet told us to come back another time cuz we need to make an appointment first for the exam. We couldnt believe how ridiculous this could be, so we decided to try another place. We found another cat clinic which was couple mile way, and they could the cat right away. We left the cat there and plan to picked him up after the appointment, but within 5 minute, the clinic called and told us "there is CHIP"!! We are now trying to contact the owner and hope the cat can go back to him home soon. This Banfield hospital is way too ridiculous! It is not a professional place at all!

This place, infact any Banfield is garbage! My rottweiler hurt his knee and I took him in. Before a close inspection or any sort of x-ray they recommended surgery! After talking to the vet They told me the surgery would call in excess of $4500. I took the dog to another vet, did x-rays and was told surgery would be $2200. WoW! So I shopped around using the same x-rays provided. Since I was under there plan I took the xrays back to Banfield to review. The doctor told me that the xrays were not good and didnt show anything. Funny thing is that 5 other vets were able to view and conclude something! LoL..as always Banfield is out to make money, so they told me to spend $200 to have them sedate my dog and take their own xrays. I left and never returned! What a pack of BS vets these people are!

I have been taking my dogs to this location for the last 14+ years.. I have never had any bad experience with any of the staff or care for my pets. My dogs love coming here and the staff are always so loveable with my babies. Nothing but great experiences with this location.

My pup is under their wellness plan. Staff and doctors are very attentive and truly have the best interest of the pets in mind at all times. I highly recommend this facility and suggest you purchase a wellness plan for your babies.
