When our chocolate point Siamese joined our family, we started the search for a reliable, reasonably priced vet that would take good care of our baby. Being a Siamese, shes not easy to deal with and she can be a little rough around the edges. When we came across Lifetime Pet Center, it was obvious that they were the perfect fit for us. Their prices are the most reasonable we have found and their love of the animals is amazing. Our baby gives them a hard time, but they handle her wonderfully. We have more recently added another fur baby to our family and have been taking him there for his care also. I wouldnt think of taking our two babies anywhere else.

My name is Lisa Tharpe. I had to make the difficult end of life decision for my 14 year old dog Nike. My son and I brought Nike in this past Friday. The staff could see that this was a very emotional time for us. They were very patient and compassionate. I just wanted to thank them for being so kind to us as Nike had never been seen there before. I am sure that if they show this kind of compassion to our Nike, they have to be awesome with their established patients. I am positive they will see us again under better circumstances. I highly recommend them for all of your pet care needs.

I have been bringing my dogs and cats to Lifetime Pet Center in New Richmond for over 20 years. No matter what the circumstances, check-ups or emergency visits, they have always treated our pets with loving kindness. I feel that they are part of our extended family and would not trust my beloved animals to anyone else. I love the fact that Dr. Miller adopts animals that need medical attention but the owners cannot,for whatever reason, give their animals the care they need. This shows me that they really love what they do and love animals. Why would I take my pets to anyone else?

Drs. Miller and Gladys are extremely adept with dogs, especially problem "children". Dr. Miller saved our 6 week old puppy from parvovirus! All the employees are wonderful with animals and people. They helped us when we had to put our 14 year old "baby" to sleep, making a very difficult situation easier to bear. They even sent us a sympathy card. Our new puppy is now 17 months old, high energy, and part of our family. I cant imagine taking her anywhere else for care. Lifetime Pet Center is just that for us -- life time. My husband and I are new dog parents and in need of a vet to take our beautiful husky/hound rescue, Nala. Lifetime Pet Center in New Richmond is less than a 5 minute drive from our house so we decided to give it a shot. Our experience was wonderful! The facilities are clean and smell fresh, the staff was full of information (great for new dog owners) and the text reminders and check-ins are a nice personal touch. I would recommend Lifetime Pet Center to any pet owners and Nala would too!

We love everything about Lifetime Pet Center. They are true professionals! They take the time to make you and your pets feel special. We appreciate the follow-up phone calls to check on our pets. We do not know of many practices that will take the time to do this. It really does matter and speaks volumes of how much they care. Our local clinic was not open and had one sick kitty.I called Lifetime in New Richmond and was able to get right in.It is a long drive for me,but pets come first....Great staff at a very nice clinic..Dr Miller always does an outstanding job with our four legged family..I would not hesitate to going here again....Very happy they were there for us.
