I would absolutely recommend Pets In Stitches to anyone I meet... and I already have! I recommended Pets In Stitches to all of my friends on Facebook, as well as many family members and friends. I was so blown away with how incredible the services and staff were for the price that I wanted to shout it from a rooftop! When I took Tootsie to Pets In Stitches, I was instantly impressed with how friendly and professional the staff was. When I went to pick her up, the entire staff (especially Amy, the veterinary assistant) was admiring how sweet she was, and telling me about how theyd had her out to cuddle her and let her walk around. This instantly blew me away... I loved that the staff were true animal lovers, and made sure the animals felt safe and happy during their recovery. What truly amazes me is how high the quality of the veterinarian, staff, and procedures are for such an affordable price. I took my other cat to my full service veterinarian to be spayed about a year ago. Her recovery was slow, her incision was large, and she was out of it for a day or two... also, it was quite expensive. My experience with Tootsie at Pets In Stitches was the total opposite... she was bright-eyed and awake the second they brought her out to me at pick-up. The moment she came home, she was happy, eating, playing, and acting as if nothing had happened. It was hard keeping her contained because of how great she felt! Its as if she didnt even know she had major surgery. Her incision was so incredibly tiny that at two weeks post-op, I can hardly find it. All of this shows the skill and expertise Dr. Rastetter and her staff have. I cannot thank you enough for how well you treat all of the animals that come into your facility... you have a customer for life! I cant say Ive ever been this impressed with a veterinary facility in my entire life... I cant wait to tell everyone about Pets In Stitches!

"Moby is a young and very energetic golden doodle who is about 9 months old and weighs 80 lbs. The staff was great with him and very tolerant of a big puppy whom I had just gotten 2 weeks prior, and who I explained hadnt had much in the way of training, discipline, or attention/love from his previous owner. Hes a good boy, just ignorant of his own size and strength, and ignorant of social graces like not pulling on the leash and the concept of personal space! He had a slight temperature when we arrived, likely due to excitement and being left in the car briefly (even with the windows cracked and such). They put him in a large cage and put a fan on him and let him cool down and settle, and his temperature returned to normal so that he could have his neuter surgery. I was thankful that I received a phone call after surgery telling me that he had done well and was in recovery, as I didnt know Mobys medical history and wasnt sure how he would do. The tech also let me know that his nails were quite long (especially his dew claws) and could be trimmed while he was still under anesthesia, so I took advantage of that service as well--I honestly hadnt checked his nails since getting him! I thought that the staff and service was great! I was very pleased to be able to get his first shots, microchip, heartworm test, etc. all done at the same time as well--I dont think that many other similar clinics offer those services. I used to live in the Cleveland area and had our female dog spayed at a similar clinic up there, but she had to have all her shots and such prior to her appointment with them. When I total all of the services that I took advantage of, I saved about $280!"

I liked how Pets In Stitches checked in both before and after the procedure. I received a call a few days before to remind us of the appointment and then a few days after to makes sure she was doing well. It made me feel good that you care! I would have liked to meet you, as the vet doing the procedure, but the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful. The website was easy to navigate to find information on what to do before and after the procedure, what forms to bring, and what types of services are offered. Your facility was definitely cheaper than our vet. We were quoted over $400, and that didnt include a cone or sedation medication (which we got through you.) I was definitely happy we got the Kong inflatable collar rather than the cone. I think it made Maddies experience less traumatizing and made her life easier navigating and eating. She was almost back to her normal self the next day, which was a great sign but it also meant we had to keep her calm and in one area. Overall, I am so glad we decided to go with Pets In Stitches! The staff was very nice and helpful and the facility was clean and seemed pet friendly (from what I could see.) The pictures on the website made me feel good about taking Maddie there.

I had to take my dog to Pets in Stitches to get a tooth pulled. The office called to schedule an appointment. I was busy helping pack for hurricane relief. I asked if they would be willing to email me the appointment information because I did not have time to write it down. They did. Before her surgery, they called to confirm the procedures and let me know how much it was going to cost. They asked if I wanted to have a dental cleaning done while she was under. I said yes. On the day of the surgery, we paid when we got there. They said she might have another cracked tooth that might have to come out. I expected that to happen. Not only did they say her other tooth was fine, but they called mid surgery to tell me her teeth didnt need cleaning and they were refunding my money for that procedure! When I went to pick up my dog, the vet tech, Sarah, was WONDERFUL. She went over all the medicine, highlighting on the labels to make sure I had the write stuff. She had me pull up my car and she helped me get my 56 lb dog into the car. She was GREAT. Definitely a do againer if I ever need more of these services.

My cat Lucy is doing well and healing up just fine! I would absolutely recommend Pets in Stitches to a friend, 10/10. I loved that it was a cheaper spaying surgery than Id found elsewhere, that I was able to have the surgery done within 2 days of calling (especially since Lucy was in heat and driving me and my other cat up the wall). Other spaying clinics said itd be an extra $100 to spay a cat in heat, but there was no extra fee at this place! The night after her surgery, Lucy escaped my bathroom and took me on a merry jaunt around my apartment, so I was terrified when I found swelling the next morning on her surgical site, thinking that her escape run had aggravated the healing and that her stitches were popping/something was going wrong inside. Pets in Stitches responded so quickly to my calls/emails with pictures of the swelling, asking me to come in so they could make sure that everything was okay with Lucy (which it was, thank god!). Everyone there was very nice and prompt and it felt like a very warm, friendly atmosphere. Thank to Pets in Stitches so much :)
