Bottom line is that Ore Creek Vet is wonderful and really does care about your pets. The front desk is friendly and welcoming and Dr Gannon and the vet techs are warm, knowledgeable and caring. In depth experience review- After a horrendous experience with our old vet, my mom reached out to fellow Hartland area moms for recommendations for a new one. After reading what others had to say, we decided to try Ore Creek because it was highly recommended and we were told "They care" and that Dr Gannon was great. The same day, we were able to make an appointment for them to do a check up for our puggle, Gracie, who needed two tumors removed on her legs. They were friendly and Gracie, who is normally pretty timid, warmed up to them right away! Dr Gannon checked out the lumps thoroughly and was helpful in explaining what the surgery would entail, as well as any possible difficulties and their surgery estimate was roughly $200 cheaper than our old vets surgery estimate! Because of the great first visit, we scheduled the surgery with them the following week, which went very well and we were able to pick up Gracie the same day. Two days after the surgery, they even called to make sure she was doing well! Ore Creek Vet is a wonderful clinic and I cant recommend them enough. Even now when I tell people about how we switched to them, I hear comments about "Oh Dr Gannon is great!" and I couldnt agree more!

Dr. Gannons care for our pets was stellar. There is no doubt that she is a great Veterinarian, and her staff are helpful and kind. Unfortunately, their business practices are questionable. Be aware that this facility will not look kindly on utilizing alternative sources for medication, nor on requesting a 2nd opinion from other veterinarians. These requests can result in a letter stating that they no longer wish to have you as a client, and a phone call requesting you pick up your pets records. As long as you do not question their charges or their diagnosis, Im sure this facility will serve you well.

Hands down this is the best veterinarian Ive ever had my pets see. Dusty, my 16 year old jack russel, has a very difficult time going to the vets office, and I am normally a wreck over the stress my poor baby goes through, but after taking him to Dr Gannons office he came out excited and happy! No vet has ever made him feel so good or treated him with such kindness. Dusty actually loves going into see her and the staff, which blows me away because normally he cant stop shaking because hes so scared. Not so anymore, he goes in and greets everyone like he is home. I love it! Just incredible.

After searching for a new vet for my two new puppies I was happy to find Dr. Gannon. The prices were reasonable compared to other local offices and she and her staff totally catered to my pets. I sent my sister to her because her bassett hound was having trouble and after seeing 3 other vets for the problem and it still persisting Dr. Gannon got right to work at getting to the root of the problem with lab work on site. Now Zoey is completely better and we couldnt be happier.

I think Clarence Perry s review was right on. I do regret taking my dog there. It took them two weeks to get her medication. When it came they were going to charge me more. When I told them I could get it in two to three days, the vet told the receptionist to get my transcripts.
