We have taken our pets to Webb Bridge animal for almost 20 years. They have seen 3 of our pups over the rainbow bridge with kindness and compassion. However, due to the cost of their yearly vac we take our pets to another well known vet in the area who charges half the price. Every other time we have scheduled a nail trim for our 3 dogs I have simply brought in the proof of vac with me and had no issues. However this last time the office staff insisted the paperwork be faxed directly from the other vet. As the other vet was closed on the day of the appointment I could not have this done. In addition I found the insistence of a fax copy from the vets office insulting after the years we had been with Webb Bridge. The implication being the printed copy from the vet was not legitimate. While I believe Dr. B to be a fine vet, this plus the cost of her service have forced us to find care for our pets elsewhere.

We had to put my baby down, he was only 11.5 years old. I am convinced he would have lived a lot longer had he not been subjected to the 16 chest X-Rays that Dr. B subjected him to. If unable to find anything after 3 X-Rays, someone should have spoken up and said why do more? Apparently when I left him in their care I said the wrong words when they asked "is their a certain budget you want to keep this within?", "whatever it takes to get him better" was my answer. I would have given them the money $2K plus if they DIDNT take that many X-Rays. When they told me what they had done, my heart and jaw dropped as I knew they had just sentenced him to death for want of money. That is unforgiveable. As expected, he died due to cancer throughout his abdomen and brain. I will highly recommend Dr.Keller at Alpharetta Animal Hospital and also BluePearl in Sandy Springs which we went to after this tragedy.

My teenage daughter had just walked our dog, as she was bringing in the dog, something was not right. Our dog started walking backwards, shaking and then became limp. My daughter picked up the dog and drove to Webb Bridge Animal Hospital. On the way she called them -- alerting them she had a sick dog in the car and that our dog was not a patient of Webb Bridge. The Vet was waiting in the parking lot and helped my daughter carry the dog inside. They not only cared for our dog but calmed my daughter down until I was able to arrive. I was so impressed by the care they gave us especially waiting for my daughter in the parking lot. Our dog is perfectly fine now, received a clean bill of health from our regular VET. The STAFF at WEBB BRIDGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL is top-notch!!! I can not thank them enough for being there in for my daughter and my dog.

I cant say enough good about Dr. B and her staff. They are courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and their top priority is the well being of your pet. So many times, Dr. B has done the impossible in treating several of my many pets and she keeps looking for the right treatment for those obscure and difficult to diagnose problems. I think the best example is when my Pug paralyzed from the neck down. Dr. B stayed with her day and night for 3 days with around the clock treatment and Charlie my Pug went from not being able to stand or move to being able to walk a few steps within a week with a full recovery within a few weeks. I trust no other vet with my animals and would recommend her 100% to anyone who has their pet as a priority.

I have been a customer for a long time and am on my 3rd dog. They are so caring, respectful, patient (everyone), & will do whatever they can to help me +/or my pet (love of my life!). They are good at explaining things & dont mind me asking questions. They want the pet owners to be involved in their pets care. Everytime I go there, Ive seen them treat each animal with love and attention...which is important to me! I have & will recommend them to my friends. I trust their care.

I will never trust anyone with my pet than Dr. B and Dr. Kennedy. All the staff at Webb Bridge Animal Hospital really care about the pet they care for and the pets feel at ease coming there. I have tried all the Vet clinics and I must say that Webb Bridge Animal Hospital is the best place for my pets. I will not take them anywhere else. The staff and the doctors are so great and will go out of their way to help.

They seem to have to perfect mix of extensive knowledge, expertise and compassion. They really love the animals, and it shows in their work. They were so pleasant and professionalon the phone but also when we got into the office as well. We were so impressed with their care we decided that this will be our new family vet!

All the staff at Webb Bridge Animal Hospital really care about the animals they care for and I know from person experience that my pet feels at ease going there.
