I dont understand WHY Banfield only keeps ONE Doctor on site. You can never just make an appointment during the week, or even walk-in for emergencies. The ONE Doctor that they have is always in surgery Monday-Saturday all morning. You can only make an appointment late in the evening OR they want you to drop your baby off and sit in a kennel all damn day. The Doctor is only NOT in surgery on Sundays, and when you DO arrive at your scheduled time, you wait 1 whole hour AFTER the appointment to be seen. One of my babies had an allergic reaction to some food, and they literally would not see him. I pay $80 a month for insurance, and this what Im paying for? Horrible. All they care about is money. Why do you have ONE damn Doctor on site, thats basically not even available during the week, with multiple rooms? Its like having 30 registers at Wal Mart, and one cashier.....just stupid.

This place has changed a little bit use to be very good with calling you to let you know when your pet vacation are due well thats not the case anymore they forgot to let me know several times about my pet vaccinations. Also I noticed one lady Cynthia looks very stressed out every time I come over to visit which it makes me feel not so good about the place also your appointment wait time can be an hour sometimes. VETS AMAZING but to me that is the number 1 things so just give them a chance and you will be in good hands with your pet

Getting a call back from Dr. Harris is impossible! I have a better chance seeing pigs fly! I have called 3 straight days asking for a follow up call to ask a question about my dog and everytime I call the receptionist says, she will call you back by 7 PM. But I never recieve a call back! Shows how much they care about your pet after your visit and get your money. I am never going to back to Banfield and recommend VCA ALL DAY!

Made an appointment to see the vet 2 days in advance. The girl working in the front is a complete air head and has a terrible attitude. She gave my appointment away to someone else! I had to wait an entire hour just to check in and another hour and a half just to see the vet. Not worth the time or hassle. The vet is a nice guy, but honestly the whole experience was horrible. Who just gives someones appointment away?

Simply the best! Theres a Banfield pet hospital 10 minutes from my home, but I travel 40 minutes to take my Sadie to this particular location. The short of it is, is that they saved my pups life. The front office staff, the technicians, and of course the doctors are all amazing individuals. If youre faced with a choice regarding where to take your pet for medical needs, dont think twice.

I was trying to get an appointment with Banfield Perimeter but they were booked and recommended this new location. They got us in quickly and were super nice and thorough. My toy poodle Tucker even posed in the Banfield cone of fame! I will be sure to tell my Pet sitting, cat sitting and dog walking clients in the area about this new location.

not happy with this place. the asian lady sandra has an attitude. and when they call me for the reminder they have given me the wrong time and i have had to wait almost two hrs twice for them to see my dogs.. bad customer service.. and they have bad attitudes.

has gone downhill since Dr.Eberlain and Dr. Bunkley have left. Took our dog in for an allergic reaction to First Shield flea medicine. Had no visible stomach issues nor diarrhea. End result--was prescribed gastro-intestinal food for no apparent reason

I have not had any good experiences with Banfield. They cost a lot more and the care is so-so. A lot of their solutions are just meant to just spend more money.
