I have an elderly cat who had become really ill. We had moved from out of state and didnt have a vet here in the Dayton, OH area. I looked one up and found a close one to the house (NOT Paws Inn). Well, I brought my cat in and, as she always does, was growling in her carrier. They said theyd have to sedate her to examine her. I reluctantly did it. She was sick and they prescribed meds. Over $200 later, our visit was done. I had to come back in a few weeks to see if the meds were working. Another $250. They then called a few weeks later saying they needed her in again to check her blood work. I just couldnt do it, financially. I asked around and Paws Inn came up time and again. Well, I made two appt.s for our new puppy. They were great. I needed more medicine for my cat so I made an appt. for her. I walked in and they greeted us and asked how our pup was, by name. When in the room, I was fully expecting to be asked to take my cat out of the carrier and place her in a plastic container for sedation. Instead, both the vet and the tech carefully unzipped the carrier. They spoke to her in calming voices, all while she was growling and hissing. They didnt let that deter them. They continued to calm her with their voices, petting and giving her treats. I was sitting there in awe as I have NEVER witnessed so much care and compassion for my grumpy, old cat. In the end they couldnt coax her out of the carrier so THEY took her out and proceeded to examined her. All without sedation!! In 15 years, my cat has never been examined without either sedation or holding her down with towels. My visit was only 1/3 of price as the other vet we went to in Springboro. Also, between my puppy waking avery 1-2 hours in the middle of the night, taking care of my toddler, housebreaking a puppy and maintaining (trying to) my house, I forgot to call my old vet and have them send the records over before our appointment. If the employee behind the desk was annoyed, she never showed it. She looked up the number, called and got the info. I normally dont do reviews on business, but I was blown away with our amazing service today (and our other visits with our puppy).

The entire staff is really nice and seem really invested in your pet. When I go in for one pet they ask about my other pets without consulting a chart so you can tell they care. I recently dealt with the last few months of life for one of my senior cats with them which required many visits as she slowly took her journey home. I often noticed they would simply leave the normal follow up visit charges off my bill and never mention it. When it finally came time for my pet to leave they were extremely compassionate and understanding not rushing me out of the room even though they had other people to attend to. When they billed me after letting me leave that day without paying they were very discrete and I got a nice sympathy card from the entire staff. It is a good group of people they have assembled there.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. I went into this place yesterday in desperate need to have my dog seen, who was vomiting and pooping blood. He hadnt eaten in 3 days. It was 11:45 am - they told me that they were by appointment only. They had NO customers - no cars in the parking lot. They told me that their doctors go on lunch from 12-2 pm, and that I had to come back after 2, but they had appointments so they would try to fit me in. I could clearly see a doctor in the back talking. They could have seen my dog to see what was wrong. I took him to Airway Animal Clinic. I was seen right away after I told them what was going on and I found out that he has PARVOVIRUS! This place had no care to try to help me out. I will never go here again. I could have lost my puppy - who is barely a year old!

Could not be happier with Dr. Raymond and his staff! My dog needed surgery to remove a tube sock from his stomach. Rather than have us wait until the next day when he had available time in his schedule, Dr. Raymond stayed late to make sure my dog got the help he needed. Plus, the whole procedure ended up costing nearly 3x less than another Vet we met with the day before. When I picked up my dog the day after surgery the entire staff came out to see him off. Absolutely amazing service!

This was the first time I went here as I am new to the area. My dog went in for bath and nail trim. The best shampoo she has ever had. Most of the time my dog loses the clean smell after a couple days. She smelled good for a couple weeks though. I know it was only a basic service but I was very happy and will bring her back. I hope their services are consistent, they seem to have good reviews though so I am sure I will remain happy.

Wonderful place for animals! We took our new puppy there as recommended by Fetch in the mall where we purchased him. He turned out to be very sick and they took excellent care of him and also took care of billing the pet store so that we didnt have to worry about anything. Everyone there was very friendly and professional and handled our new baby with the very best care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Everyone is so nice here and they really go out of their way to fit you in when you have a sick fur baby that needs attention. I always feel that they take their time and take your concerns seriously. The vet and assistant that we had today just loved all over my cat Sadie and made her comfortable. They also listened and watched videos I had of her behavior. I am really happy we found this practice.

The customer service at Paws Inn Animal Hospital is outstanding! The prices are very fair and the facility is clean and well kept. I feel very confident that my dogs are being well cared for by the veterinarians and kennel. If anything were to happen, I am glad to know I have people that I trust to help me. They also really take the stress out of leaving my dogs while Im on vacation.

Ive been going to Paws Inn for over 14 years now and everything has been stellar about them. Friendly, helpful technicians and receptionists - top notch doctors - very clean - welcoming, helpful, etc. They will go over and above to answer any questions you have. In fact, my cat actually loves to go there. Highly recommend them.

Very caring staff! I have taken several stray cats and house cats in, and never have I felt like services were pushed on me or unnecessary shots given! They remember my cats and can usually make same or next day appointments which is great in an emergency. Pricing has been fantastic compared to other places as well.
