The physicians seem professional and competent, but I have wasted hours and hours dealing with errors the staff have created. Twice now Ive had to correct billing errors with my insurance company because the billing codes were wrong. I kept receiving expensive bills for standard, yearly check-ups that my insurance definitely covers. They close the office before 5 pm, and their voicemail says "Call back during business hours until 5:30 pm!" After the same visit, a nurse left a voicemail on my phone saying I had an abnormal result, so I called back immediately and couldnt get in touch with her for 4 days. So I was worried for 4 days. Then when we finally got in contact, she said it was normal. Then she called back again and said it was actually abnormal, but wouldnt explain what the abnormal result meant. Far from impressive.

First off when we pulled into the parking lot there was people hanging out by the front door smoking cigarettes and cigarette butts all over the ground. The nurses are here are rude and unprofessional. Dont bother ever trying to call and talk to someone because you will be put on hold until someone dumps your call into another voicemail. If you ever try to call after hours you get some inept security guard that says theyll transfer the call but they wont, as I had called returning a call to one of the doctors who was STILL THERE and called me from that office. Dont bother going there unless you prefer getting treated in the ghetto.

I had doctor diaz (in 2013) and when i was pregnant i only had 1 ultrasound from them my whole pregnancy on top of that they never told me i was anemic just that i had low vitamin d couldnt even see the ultrasound when they were doing it ghetto i wont be going bck there ever.

Im a new patient and not really feeling the long wait time to be seen my anyone. My appointment was 2:15 its 3:30 still havent seen a doctor. Hopefully this change for future visits if not il have to keep looking for obgyn
