I havent had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Hersh due to an incompetent staff member. I called a month in advance to schedule an appointment as a new patient, which included providing all of my information (insurance, address, etc). I called to reschedule only to be told by the "office manager" that there was no record of my initial appointment. This was alarming due to 1) if the need to reschedule hadnt occurred I would have went to a non-existent appointment and 2) after informing her that I didnt have my insurance information at hand, she said I would need to call back (and risk any potential earlier appointments booking up, because they need this information, which was given already and is their fault that it isnt in the system). Needless to say, this incident did not make me want to make another appointment. As stated Dr. Hersh is probably great, but her staff appears to be incompetent.

Dr. Camilla Hersh has a phenomenal bedside manner and comforting ease in operating room. Her circumcision and my incision are a flawless testament to her surgical precision.
