The WORSE experience :( I went to this location to return a document at 3:38 and had the ticket number 315, waited in the waiting area for document return and no body was called for about 20 mins, then I went back to see if anybody was working in this department, there was a girl with a guy that I dont post the name, they were talking to another colleague and she said "Sir wait we will call your number" I waited another 10 mins and then they called a number. there was only 4 people before me and it took me to return a document about 2hrs and 30 mins. When it was my turn it took less than two mins to give me a receipt but waited that long for 4 people in front of me. will never go there again.

You use to be able to drop paperwork off than leave. Of course now you have to wait sometime allot of the time over an he just to drop paperwork off. You never get a call back, or you call speak to someone and then get a letter saying you didnt. Honestly I work in customer service so I understand its hard to please everyone especially in this type of business but its truly horrible. They need better people in there. People who care and want to help! Overall its a dreadful place to go, Call and deal with in general!

This is the worst office to go to customer service is bad you return your papers on time and your case gets closed. No one answers the phone you never get a call back you have to go out of your way to make sure that you case stays active. I wish I lived by the Rockville office. I can not stand this office they also close your case without sending you a paper to recertify...

Bad experience ever costumer service is the worse employees they waste a lot of time talking to each other no doing their job and when you try to call their attention they will be mad at you

You have to go SUPER early and bring every document with you even if you think you dont need it (i.e social security card, birth certificates, utility bills, etc). .. or else bring a lunch.
