I took my new pug puppy in for the puppy visit and was being helped by a very nice young lady the doctor came in and everything was fine my dog had some problems with his ears so he asked the assistant to show me how to wash out my puppies ears in the process of her showing me how to use the ear wash and my questions that she was answering and demonstrating for me another employee who was very rude came into the room and said we charge for ear cleaning she said no the doctor asked me to show her how to do it and I was answering her questions the rude woman walked out of the room and walked away a friend of mine who had accompanied me on the visit was sitting in the waiting room who then began to hear the people at the front desk and the rude woman talking about the assistant who was in the room helping me with my puppy I guess im mistaken in the fact that they were supposed to explain and answer any questions that I had seeing as how it is a new puppy and I had never had to wash his ears I am very disappointed with the whole experience and I can say that they are very unprofessional if you are looking for a caring vet who cares about your pet do not go to low-cost animal hospital in St. Cloud they are the most uncaring people I have ever seen

I have taken many of my animals here and spent a lot of money with them over the years. They have been great up until recently. My animals will never be seen by Dr.Pilip again. He spent maybe 2 minutes total with my dog I had to tell him what kind of wellness testing I wanted done. My dog was in for a general exam because my dog was found as a stray and obviously needed a Thorough exam. I had to tell them I wanted a heart worm test,they did no fecal test, did not offer de wormer, he spent NO time listening to my dogs lungs or heart for any potential defects. This was my dogs very first vet visit, I will now have to take him again to get a real exam. (I have also worked as a vet tech, and been to school, so Id like to think I have a good knowledge of what a general exam should consist of.) since my visit I have contacted customer service and it has been almost a week and NO ONE has gotten back to me. My next move will be contacting the federal business bureau. Absolutely RIDICULOUS customer service cant handle something this simple to fix.

I called about my dogs dew claw being broke. They said come in its 40 dollars to look at it. That kind of took me back a little but I said ok. I pull in and my first impression was wow..this place is old and dirty. I walk in and it was dated and dirty. I was sent back to the room and then the doctor comes in. The vet tech says he has a broken dew claw on his left leg. The doc then says oh yea..i see hes favoring it. He then lifts the wrong leg and starts examining it. The tech says its the other leg. They leave and the tech comes back in and gives me what its gonna cost. Blood work, this and that..except for a psychiatric evaluation I dont know what else they could of done or added to the list. 350 bucks!..for a toenail!..Ive had this done before and i was in and out in 15 minutes and it was 150. They didnt need a full panel of blood work etc..Needless to say i wont be going back. Cost me my morning and 40 bucks for him to walk in and say..yup..his dew claw is broke..lol..no duh!

I brought my two 5 month old kittens (sisters) in for a routine procedure and was only able to bring one home the next day. One of my kittens was dead and I didnt get a clear reason way. One person told me cardiac arrest another told me her lungs were not fully developed and she couldnt handle the anesthetic, yet they both did just fine months before when they were fixed. They refused to give a refund and were unapologetic. This place is understaffed and demand pets stay overnight but they have no one on site caring for the animals. Please take your pets to a clinic that is adequately staffed believe me its worth the money to have your pet home alive.

I brought my dog in paralyzed and not able to pee. Dr. Saunders couldnt express her bladder and had to use a needle. I had to take her back for same reason and she still couldnt express her and said she couldnt use the needle again and have me no hope if I couldnt get her to pee! I took her to St. Francis freaking out and they got her in and expressed her no problem! They didnt understand why there was a problem. They taught me how to do it and until I got the hang of it i had to take her back a few more times for their help. If I had not taken her there my dog would probably be dead.

I called on Monday for an appt for a kitten. She told me 745 i went their on Tuesday to give infor on star wed is the appt i called on my way down from kissimmee now i called the appt is at 1045 y didnt he say anything to me as beeing a new patient to say ur appt is at 1045 i also had to ask for a business card to have, they had it behind the counter, i will give them another chance

Very caring....inexpensive and were a wealth of information. Way better than the other animal hospitals Ive been to....I live on boggy creek and I would make the trip here any day....seems like all of the other animal hospitals only care about money....and how much they can get from their clients....this place has always impressed me time and time again.

Me an my family love Dr. Adkins and wouldnt go to any one else. This was the first time I have been to this location and I must say I was very impressed by the staff and the facility. We took my brothers dog here and I must say the service is very consistent with his other locations. I am very happy.

Dr Brue was wonderful! He did an amazing job on our kittys surgery and followed up with a kind and caring manner. The prices are really great too. Cleanliness could be improved and sometimes it is very busy with long wait times. Overall, we will be back! Thank you, Dr Brue and 192 Pet Hospital!

One of the best vets in Central,Fl..I have been coming here for the last 6 years. They make you feel part of the family and care for your pets like if its one of theres. I recommend this office to anyone thats loves there pets and want the best for them.
