I have been using Dr. Young and his staff since I moved to Sebring. I believe that if the Doctors who treat us, could use the professionalism, courtesy and the trust he exudes, we would be more tempted to go to our own Dr. with no fear in our hearts. He has had to put some of my animals to sleep and I see how it affects him and his staff, and I would love my Dr. to have that feeling. I dont think he or his staff need improvement, I think our Doctors should follow his example. Thank you Dr. Young and Staff. Shar

I have used this vet office for 40 years, thru several doctors. Their care has always been excellent, and reasonably priced. They have a very compassionate staff, that helps you out any way they can. I would recommend them to anyone. I only wish they did large animals also. :-) But I have an excellent large animal vet also, so I cant complain :-) Thank You Dr. Jones, and staff for always taking care of my extended family! We love you and appreciate you!

We are snowbirds and have gotten our routine vet care while up north. However, this year I have a dog that needed followup care for an illness under treatment already. I saw Dr. Jess Slade. She was so kind and gentle with my little guy who was pretty frightened of vets. She even ran the blood work while I waited and came in to discuss the results and next steps in person rather than call. I would not hesitate to bring another dog to Highlands.

Really accommodating staff Very friendly. Bengal cat has a chronic cough and their treatment has silenced it making her a happy cat again. Highly recommend them
