Horrible vet has no bedside manners seemed as though he was afraid of my cat my cat has never shown dislike for anyone except him she was growling and snarling at him for simple routine visit this was in November 2016 wanted a 3 year rabies shot was given a 1 year shot. Needed her flea control so called.them and was told she has to be seen within 6 to 12 months for them to sell me her flea control so they looked it up and told me since it was over 6 months ago I would need to have her seen again which would have been 9 months and then again in November for her shots I was going to give them another chance to see if everyone involved was just having a bad day but after my call to them today I am finished with them.

Brought my cat in because he was sick for two days. I made a 7:30 appointment and they close at 8 which was a mistake. The examination lasted about 5 to 7 minutes. All the doctor did was take my cats temperature and that is ALL he did. I get a call this morning from the doctor saying in hindsight he should have taken my cats blood pressure to see if he has high blood pressure. I most certainly am not going to bring my cat up there again and especially pay another office visit fee. That is just ridiculous! I think he should have given my cat the proper exam in the first place.

New to the area. Had to have a follow up visit for my puppy Molly and a rabies shot. In my area, the vets recommended were either close or booked a week out. Called VCA Orange City and got an appt within 2 hours. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and Dr George took his time to talk with me and answered all my questions. This was on a Saturday. On Monday the Dr. George called me himself to ask how Molly was doing and if I had any questions. With this kind of care and attention, they will be my vet clinic going forward.

Great care at this veterinarian clinic - we had never been here before and had to make an emergency visit with only an hours notice. Although they were slammed, they fit us in and the staff was consistently pleasant to deal with. Although we had to put our precious dog to sleep, we were all treated with dignity and they were compassionate through the entire process. I highly recommend this veterinarian center.

This place was terrible. No ac in the rooms, we were on time for the appointment the Vet however was an hr late. So we had to wait in the room sweating... not only that but they didnt take note just 2 weeks ago when we took our new puppy there the first time so they ended up giving him the same shots hes already gotten. No wonder its so cheap. You get what you pay for, lesson learned we are finding a new vet.

Horrible place. Lost my paper work stating my dog had a heart worm test, and refused to sell me heartguard even though I had a receipt of them selling it to me previously from the same dog? So she gave me the option to spend another 70 for the test and then shed sell me it... acted like she didnt even care. Bad customer service, no respect.

Im so happy I did not change clinics when VCA took over the practice. The support staff is welcoming and helpful. The Doctors take the time to explain your pets medical condition and provide different treatment options. 24 hours later they(doctor and support staff) call to check on their patient.

Super caring staff, great bedside manner, intelligent and compassionate. Dr Carlton and Dr George are really great guys, understanding of the needs of their patients. The support staff and administration are great, as well. Been frequenting this facility for over a decade now.
