This Clinic is under the direction of Dr. C.A. Heller, not Dr. Kaiser. It is a well ran clinic that offers more than many clinics in diagnostic knowledge and equipment. That may be why some feel it is more expensive, although frankly I do not see that as an issue when it comes to the well being of my pets. I want someone who in the case of an unknown ailment that can find the problem & handle helping my pets get well. All three vets on staff are working in cohesion to assure you have the best care and when the need arises will refer to a specialist without wasting your time & money with attempts that may not work. I have always said to beware of bargain vets. There is a reason they are cheap. But if you compare prices for electives, I do not see Animal Care Clinic to be much higher than the average anyway!

These are the most caring and considerate veterinarians I have taken my animals to. My family has used this practice since Dr. Dean LeBeau was there and never once have I had an issue. My animals have always had THE BEST CARE and their prices are very reasonable compared to what some places will charge. I tell everyone that my animals get a better check up than my children ever got at the pediatricians office....and its true. The front desk staff are fabulous, my dog isnt afraid to go in because he gets so much attention. He is 14 years old now and I attribute his good health to good physician care. I just cannot say enough good things about this place.

Best vet experience. We brought my childhood dog here 25 years ago. After moving back to the area I decided to bring my current pets back. I have a chocolate lab that has some aggression issues with other animals. They were so incredibly accommodating. The nurse met me at the exit door and took him right into a room so he didnt have to even look at another dog. So much less stress and anxiety for us both compared to other places weve gone. The entire staff was great. I wont be going anywhere else.

We tried a few different veterinarians when we moved to the area, and we are very happy with the care our dog receives here. No, vets are not cheap, but quality of care is what is important. My husband usually takes our dog in so that I dont have to wrangle her and our two toddlers. We didnt have that option last visit, and the receptionist was sweet enough to take the dog out to my car so that I could get the kids in the car. I truly appreciated her going above and beyond!

Best veterinary expertise outside of specialists. Dr. Heller is well educated yet humble, and so very kind. The staff is sweet and accommodating. Dont be afraid to trust your pet here, because they are as sweet behind closed doors as they are in front of you. I know. I used to work with Dr. Heller many years ago.

I have been taking my pets to this clinic since Dr. Lebeau ran it many years ago. Always excellent care - yes they are a bit pricey for my budget, but I love Dr. Sikora and my dog always pulls at the leash to get inside when we go there. That goes a long way to show how she is treated when she is there.

Yes, it is a bit expensive here but it is well worth it when you consider the care your animal is getting. I recently moved and am having a heck of a time finding a vet I trust with my dog. I wish I could find a place that truly cares about your pet as much as this place does.

Dr Kaiser and her staff are very caring. But as vet offices go their a little costly. Trying to nickel and dime you for every little thing they can squeeze out you.
