Stay away from this place! Its filthy, you wait forever, the doctors act so depressed with their only answer to a problem is "Oh I dont know". For the vet to say that was a BIG red flag but they said this "Mass" on the back end of my dog was nothing to worry about just soak it 5 times a day for 15 minutes at a time for 3 weeks. First of all that wasnt easy to to day in and day out, second it wasnt at all what they thought it was. IT WAS PROSTATE CANCER!!!!!! If they could actually do their "Jobs" right then my dog would have still been around and without pain if it was caught early enough like it was. These people are forever black listed from me and anyone I know that needs a vet. They dont care about anything including the dogs or cats they see daily. Go anywhere else but here unless you feel like losing your dog that you love so much to something that could have been prevented if it was only diagnosed CORRECTLY!!

the doctor was not very honest when i took my dog in for blood in her stool he told me that the cost would be two hundred fifty to five fifty with blood work and diagnosis well he did no blood work when we told him we thought it was from a weird dog treat he wanted to treat her for parvo she seven years old never around puppys and on the bill for 6 hundred forty dollars he said we declined diagnostics we never did they had her for four days never gave her water or food we brought our own food when she finaly started to eat he came in and started giving her some shots & then she didnt eat he wouldnt let her leave before she had a bowel movement wouldnt give us time to feed her so she could have a bowel movement so he could keep her another day so as to increase the bill. I feel that I had been baited & switched, not very honest, more or less asked how much we could afford & took it to the highest dollar amount.

Like other review, dont waste your time or money on them! They obviously do not care about your animal or you. I took my dog in for a limp in her front leg, the doctor totally dismissed what I came in for and went straight for her hips due to her being a giant breed. After 2 visits he still would not listen to our concerns and still insited it was her hips, which she does have mild hip dysplasia but that WAS NOT the issue! Also while not listening to us he contiualy talked about his dogs and problems!?!? We went to another vet and found out she has cancer in her front right leg ( the leg we always had a problem with) in 1 visit. The office is very dirty! The people arent professionals at all. Its a family business that I think is still there just for the money not for the care of animals!

Took my dog here to be euthanized this am. The actual procedure was quick and peaceful. The staff who greeted us was sweet and very compassionate. The doctor however, ZERO compassion and bedside manner. He didnt even introduce himself. He walked in, asked me to step aside so he could given my dog 2 injections and said he would be back in ten min. He came back, asked me to move out of his way, placed the IV and then gave my dog the final medication. He waited a minute, listened and said "I dont hear a heartbeat." ZERO bedside manner. Never apologized, never explained what he was doing. The price of the procedure was fairly inexpensive for the area however, you get what you pay for. This made the trauma from losing our sweet dog that much worse. NEVER again.

We have been coming to Sigler for over 8 years now and have never had a problem. The staff are always courteous and polite and they treat the animals well. Their prices seem reasonable, but I do wish they did not charge an extra fee for bringing in a pet without an appointment for an emergency visit. Other than that I have no complaints with them. Others have mentioned the place is dirty, that has not been my experience. Sure there has been some hair on the floor of the waiting room, but that is to be expected with animals coming in and out all day. The exam rooms have always been clean. We moved away from Firestone Park years ago but still come back to Sigler even though it is not the closest to us anymore because of their service and caring.

I dont know anything about the other reviews but when it was time to have my 20 year cat put down, they were (on the phone & in person) the most compassionate, kindest, least expensive and the quickest to get in. They did a thorough end-of-life exam, asked the right questions and took great care to send my cat on very gently & peaceably. Remember also that they were the ones who treated the handicapped girls service dog for free (that was hit purposely by a ***bag on a bike in Goodyear Park) when the story appeared in the news because the girl couldnt afford a vet bill. I hope donations came in later but this is an act of a business that cares about animals (and people) first. I wouldnt hesitate to have any routine vet work done there.

I was about to give up and have my baby girl put down because I couldnt find a vet to do a surgery that would save her due to it being a holiday weekend and a Saturday on top of it. I called sigler as a last ditch effort to keep my family whole. They told me that they would do it. And just like that my princess got a chance to live when all the other vets told me " no Im sorry we cant do it. The right thing to do was put her down" but not sigler he saved my baby and I will be forever thankful to them all. Me two year old cat will now live another day.

My dog has heart worms and they gave me a preventive to exterminate the heart worms.... Enough said. I cant trust them any longer. Never have I taken my dog there and has real results. My new vet explains to me how every medication works and where the next step is at to his recovery. I give two stars because the people there seem fairly nice, they just need to communicate more effectively and be sure that new doctors are making the correct prescriptions.

dont waste your time or torture your pet. this place is filthy its very unorganized. we had to wait 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time before getting in. we seen a doctor with a crazy cockeye. she needs to go get that fixed because she couldnt find my dogs vain. and jabed her 4 times hurting her very badly and making her bleed. she couldnt give normal routine shots. this is the first and and last time I will ever come here.

Took my dog there because she was limping seigler said she was fine nothing was broken. 3 weeks later I took her to another vet they said her elbow was broken and needed surgery. This guy is a complete quack who needs his license revoked. My dog had a broken bone for 3 weeks because he has no idea what he is doing. Never take one of your animals there if you love them. Time for this idiot to retire
