Im super displeased with this place. I have heard multiple people tell me not to go to this place as they are money hungry. But i decided to give it a shot just for the best interest in my new puppy. So when i adopted him they gave me a free wellness checkup coupon for this naples location. When i called they were excited to get me in. Before even asking about my new puppy such as AGE, or BREED. They asked if i wanted to sign up for there health plan. I said no not really just want to get him a basic check up since hes up to date on his shots. And informed them i had a free check up coupon. The guys tone immediately changed. He says if you sign up for our plan we will take the coupon. I was beyond shock that this place would try to negotiate a deal rather then worry about a dogs health. That alone makes me know a money hungry pet hospital cares more about the money then the dog which is crazy. So I recommend you do like me and run far away from this place. PS- i never leave reviews but i care about animals and would want anyone who loves animals as much as me to inform the public of this shady animal hospital. As they should have never tried to negotiate a side deal when i have the legit coupon. And i will be writing a letter to corporate because this is unacceptable.

My girlfriend and I have two dogs on their wellness plan. Oliver, our older dog, has been on the wellness plan for over a year. Finn, our puppy, has been on a puppy wellness plan for about 2 months, which is when we adopted him. The staff and vets at the banfield here in Naples have taken wonderful care of our babies every single time. Every one here is very friendly and they truly care. They keep us posted regarding all services and shots coming up. They always give us a call on the next day following a visit. We think thats an awesome touch! We feel like the prices are very fair and the wellness plans are a great idea at a relatively low cost. We are very pleased to have found them to look after our babies! Thanks you guys!!

They dont care about your pet they just want your $. they put my sick dog on the plan I paid $200 down + $25 monthly and than they say they cant give her vacines or anything until I pay $800 4 heartworm treatment so I paid for the plan 4 nothing. Than my dog died and charged me alot $ and I couldnt pay all of it so they said I HAVE TO take her body. HEARTLESS PEOPLE. they wantd me to pay $800 for treatment knowing that it was to late for her they told me wen she was dead already that its been to late for her. I found a vet thats way cheaper & alot better NEVER GO HERE

I have had nothing but good experiences with Banfield and my 10+ year old Newfoundland. She has been a patient there since 2013 on their Optimum Wellness Plan. Preventative medicine is always the best way to have a long, healthy life with your pet, which makes the plan very practical. Good cost savings over time for medications, checkups, blood screenings, teeth cleanings and so on. Great staff who has never made us feel like they were just trying to sell us extra services.

Wonderful caring staff! Miss Kitty at the desk is the best. I have three labs 10 yrs, 7 yrs, and 1and they have given them fantastic care. We have been on the plan for around 8 years now and it saves us tons of money and being able to drop off your pets and go to work and pick them up later is the best feature. They love the dogs so you know they are in good hands.

Excellent veterinary staff. Caring people and well trained. I pay about $35 a month. And I can take my dog anytime if I have concern and only pay for medicine if prescribed. They dont do unnecessary tests and Xrays. The cost of medicine is less than anywhere else. My dog gets checkups every 6 months. You cant beat it. Delighted win Banfield.
