We took our 2 year old cat in for tests. She had signs of kidney failure (not eating & drinking lots of water). They said they wanted to keep her overnight. My wife reluctantly agreed and the next day the kitty developed some kind of infection and had yellow and green snot oozing from her nose. She could not set her head down because she had to breathe through her mouth. It was so sad. My wife immediately took her to another vet who was appauled at her condition. He said that she should have NEVER stayed overnight anywhere because she was so very susceptible to infection. He also said that she was extremely dehydrated and that no fluids had been given to her. We spent $130 to have the good vet re-hydrate her just so she could make it through the night comfortably and the kids could say good bye. The next day we spent all day with her on the deck so she could hear the birds and get some fresh air before I took her in to be put down. I dont know that the old crank at Euclid Vet killed her, but he certainly didnt help and I believe made things worse. If you love your pet, stay away from this place - you get what you pay for.

THIS EUCLID VETERINARY MAY BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT BUT THIS DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE ANY BETTER!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!! I took my cat there for a second opinion because the first vet I took her to misdiagnosed my cat with tapeworm! This new Euclid Vets office TRIED to take a chest Xray of my kitty and the Xray machine broke right in the middle! So they could not get a clear Xray! She was having breathing problems and not eating. So he told me my cat had FIP and was going to die. We had a terrible Easter weekend because we thought she was dying. Then I wanted another opinion so I took her to Banfield Pet Hospital that Wednesday and found out she was NOT dying, she had bad teeth that were infected! The vet at Banfield put her on antibiotics and she is getting better by the day! So I warn you to stay away from the NEW EUCLID VET! He should not be practicing! TRhank God for Banfield Pet Hospital for finding out what was REALLY wrong with my cat!:)

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They are the worst. They tried to draw blood from my dog, it took 3 times and they did not get enough for accurate tests to be done. Then they did a test to see if he was diabetic, they couldnt work the machine properly. I went to another vet and they said that all of the results from the blood work were wrong because they did not have enough blood vs. the clotting agent so I wasted a $185.00 to go there only to have my dog have a pulled muscle in his neck. I called and told them and asked for a credit on the blood work because it was not accurate because they did not draw enough and they said the test was done so no refund then they hung up on me. I tried to call back and they let it ring till the answering machine picked up and before I could leave a message they hung up. The didnt like my google review. Oh Well I am only telling the truth. If you want great vet care go to Banfield in Willoughby

He know just what to do for my animals when they are sick. Our family have been seeing him since I was a child, and he used to make home visits for our dog. He is caring, and took care of every animal here. They all lived great long, healthy lives. I currently have 4 cats and one of them came from his office from the pets that he rescued. He is a healthy little boy, so if you ever need an animal and the APL dont have what you want. He always have cats and dogs there for free to a loving home. He gets swamped a lot so if you have beef with his nice prices go to a higher spending place that will tell you the same thing he will, or lead you on false hope. If you need something major done like surgery go some place else. Otherwise this is your animals primary care physician. :D

I wish i could give a 0 star...Took my dog there for his ear when i called they said $25 dollars to take a look then $209 dollars later after all the little add-ons my bill was too high what a rip off. I want expecting it for free I knew it was going to be a little more then when he gets his shots even the shots are more now as well But that will be my last$200+ they will get. Ive been going there for years every since the new ppl took over the prices have been outrageous. The owner who open this clinic passed away and there is no business there anymore so they over charge whom ever bring there pet and plus they messed up his ears... never had a bad experience before they took over dont waste your money bad service and high prices please go some where else!

Its a bit hectic here and if you can wait, its not bad. This is a place you take your animal if you run low on funds. My bill for an x-ray, enema, pills and exam, $62. Anywhere else would be well over $250. So if you want to get an ACL tear fixed and need intricate surgery, I wouldnt take them here. But for shots, worms, etc, this place was good. Plus the funniest thing I ever heard at a vet. The vet who is pushing 80 years old, came out of the room and said to a vet tech, pointed to my dog and said "x-ray that dogs guts". I am still laughing. A no frills place, sort of run down, but fine for routine stuff. I will take my dog back, just not if its a life or death situation.

My female dog was in labor and I was concern that she had not delivered in 24hr..I called Dr. Stearn to ask if it was nomal he refused to come to the phone and sent word from the office to contact an Emergency area. Never came to the phone and refused to answer any question. The women on the phone excuse was he was "OLD"...my reply "but not to old to accept my money and he is her doctor! I agree with the comment: he will give you a discount but he has to be the coldest uncaring doctor I have ever met, I just thank God he doesnt care for humans! Also, my 2 pups stayed at the kennel, they stunk so bad when I picked them up...I never let them stay again.

Took our rescue on a Saturday for shots and office visit because we were told they we reasonable. they didnt have the feline leukemia vaccine she needed in stock, the said it would be in on the following Wednesday and come in some day that week to give it to her and only charge for the shot, not another Office visit. Well I came in Friday that week(25 minute drive) and it turns out they didnt even order it! You figure the would at least have a post it note next to phone to remind them. Im waiting over two hours in the clinic so far. Will not be coming back after this
