We have been going to Pediatric Associates for 22 years with our children and I dont know how we would have raised them without Dr. Mirrop! He is always ready to listen and he never makes you feel like you are asking a dumb question. In fact, he has a way of making you feel more confident in your parenting abilities. There have been several times over the years when I have scheduled appointments and been so worried about my child, but the moment I see Dr. Mirrop walk through the door, everything seems ok. Our last child will soon be "aging out" of pediatric visits and I will miss the sweet, attentive care that our family has received for all these years. Thank you to the whole staff at Pediatric Associates for helping us navigate our most important job (parenting) with such professional, caring advice and assistance.

Im not sure what some of these reviews are referring to. I called a month before my baby was born and they booked a tour/doctor meet within a week (Dr. Hargrave, who is amazing). They were friendly on the phone as well as in person. They were upfront about the yearly service fee as well. I called the day after my son was born and got in that week for his checkup. They also are very accommodating to illness appointments. Ive gotten in the same day twice and the next morning, first thing, once. The staff is very kind and compassionate. My doctor, and the others Ive seen, were all very knowledgeable and are great with the baby. They dont push vaccines or formula feeding. They give lots of information and have a full conversation with you if you have concerns. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I struggled quite a bit to find a pediatrician we felt we could trust and take care of our newborn the way we felt he should be taken care of. The main thing we wanted was for somebody to work with us on natural remedies prior to throwing medicine at him. We landed with Dr. Brandi Loomis. Although Pediatric Association pushes vaccines quite a bit (I feel like all of them do), they at least accept patients that dont want them or work with them on figuring out an appropriate schedule. Other than that, she has been very responsive in looking up natural remedies we have tried to help him out with a few things and provides us with her own 2 cents when necessary. Im glad we found her!

Dr. Hargrave is THE BEST. I truly love watching him interact with my son and he is the reason I have been loyal to this practice for a decade. I have also been to the after-hours clinic and seen a nurse practitioner that I had a really positive experience with. As I read through all the positive comments/reviews about the Doctors, I couldn’t help but notice that not one review says anything positive about Dr. Morgan. I agree with that omission wholeheartedly. If you can avoid seeing Dr. Morgan, this is a wonderful practice.

Umm... really!! I have never heard of a yearly "extra value service fee" that you are required to pay out of pocket to access Dr.s after hours. I am not sure what the actual yearly fee is, but the prorated fee for the remainder of the year was $115....seems steep for a service that is part of a pediatricians job!! We have moved around a lot as a family and I have never heard of this It seems that this type of practice limits access to health care for LOTS of families!!

We love Dr. Mirrop. Hes been my sons pediatrician since my son was born 2 years ago. I cannot say enough good things about him. We never feel rushed. We always feel like he listens to our concerns and spends time answering all of our questions. Hes very knowledgeable with regard to the latest studies - it is evident that he takes continuous education seriously. Dr. Mirrop is one of the few doctors I genuinely like and respect.

We love Pediatric Associates! Were grateful for the non urgent nurse hotline - we consistently get called back the same day before 5 pm, and their 24/7 nurse hotline that we can call in the middle of the night if were worried about something. They also have a lactation consultant on staff that you can consult with during any visit or over the phone. We see Dr. Loomis and cant recommend her enough.

We have been with the practice for over seven years. We love the care and the attention kids get. Only complaint is the location, we hope they will move south: getting to the office has been challenging, with MoPac constructions, Lamar gridlock, and increased congestion in Central Austin.

We love Dr Griggs and always felt like the other doctors were great too; however, weve had issues with excessive wait times and unhelpful, unfriendly office staff so were changing doctors. The lady that runs the checkout/billing desk is exceptionally rude.

They currently cannot book well checks closer than a month out. Their scheduling is a nightmare.
