My wife went to Dr. Reeves office for a simple cleaning. She didnt get one, instead they took xrays and scheduled her for two additional appointments. They didnt check with our insurance, or provide options to get her current xrays from another office transferred, and as a result we are stuck paying for xrays we did not need yet. They were confrontational when I called to discuss the issue even though I tried to be reasonable and polite. Their argument was that this is how they treat all of their patients. If so, then they now have a few less to treat that way. If you are looking for a dentist that has your best interest at heart, then I suggest that you look elsewhere.

I was referred.So I made an appointment for my son for a cleaning.They did not do a cleaning.They did an x-ray and said more visits needed and more money..almost $1000.00 more!!!I just wanted a cleaning..When I asked where my money went for cleaning they said "oh,they was used on x-ray??I did not want an x-ray I wanted a simple cleaning done!!!I will never recommend anyone to go there!!If you want to spend money on services you do not need go there..

Absolutely amazing! I called at 830 at night for an emergency for my husband and Mr Reeves was so happy to help us when no one else would. He and his wife did a wonderful job and were so nice. I cant thank them enough for coming out so late and helping us and doing such a great job! We wont go anywhere else. And I recommend him to everyone. Best dentist in weatherford.

I must say I had a pretty bad taste in my mouth (pardon the pun) after visiting the office. However, within 24 hours of posting a complaint Dr. Reeves called me personally and profusely apologized for the treatment I endured from his staff. He cares about his practice, and in turn, his patients.

Not legit! Stated my husband had 8 cavaties, (he did not get them repaired) less than a year later we go to Archstone and he has zero cavaties. That is not at all possible. They were simply trying to get money by repairing cavaties that were not even there. Be careful listening to this dentist.
