I had a biopsy done 2 weeks ago and was told the results would be back in a week. Never heard anything so I started calling everyday asking for my results after a weeks time. The women up front kept telling me they didnt know what to tell me because they didnt have the report. I was put on the phone with the nurse yesterday who told me the lab was running extra test and the report would be at their office by this morning. So after they had been open an hour and I havent heard anything I decided to call them. I was put on the phone with Matthew who told me he thinks the pathologist was just out of the office and they were waiting for his signature. About 2 hours I talked to Matthew the doctor called me and told me MY BIOPSY GOT LOST, and I needed to have another done! Im baffled as to how this even happened and why I was being lied to about them running other test when it was never received by pathology! Shouldnt something like this have a tracking number?! Save yourself the money, hassel, and pain and go somewhere else. Its really sad because the doctor was so nice, but this is just unacceptable.

I would rate them lower but thats not possible. Terrible customer service. The office manager thinks she can dictate to us, when we have been wrongly treated They gave us terrible care, and she had the odacity to fight with us in the waiting area over $25 dollars. I have given them much more than that. If they had not given us bad treatment, thus in turn making us return multiple times, this wouldnt have been an issue. The PNP said that after 25 years "that would have happened anyway" so callously. They need better customer service and own up to their misstakes. $25 is chump change but they are not worth a penny of it. They need a new office manager. She only escalated an upset customer. I will never return here and tell all my patients (hospital) that they should reconsider coming here. There are choices and this one clearly doesnt care.

I have gotten good care at this dermatologist, but it always feels very rushed. Also I have had 3 appointments so far and only once did they take me back within 15 minutes of my appointment time. On my first visit I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before telling them I had a meeting at work and couldnt stay. My second visit they got me back within 15 minutes and my third visit took 30 minutes to get to a room. Once in the room the visits are too quick; they seem as if they are always 5 patients behind even for a 8:45am appointment.

They will not help you with a single case agreement for an insurance they dont take. Called them crying afraid of skin cancer on face and would they be will do this agreement with my insurance cause no dermatologist takes this fairly new insurance and they said no. flat out no. we will charge you and give you forms to file with your insurance no the same thing at all. Damm remember when doctors cared about saving lives. First visit no testing which there would need to be $100.00.

PLEASE, Im begging you, DO NOT come here. Reconsider and go elsewhere. These people do not care about the patients or their problems, they only care about your money. They seemed to worsen my problem to force me to return again and again rather than help me. A year later and my face has never looked worse. The office manager would rather fight with upset patients rather than resolve the issue. I wish I wouldve never came here. Dont make the same mistake I did.

Unlike most doctor offices, they are on time because they dont overbook. Dr. Peake was personal and to the point. I was in and out with a minor procedure done in 15 minutes. Reading other reviews on dermatologists in the area led me here. I was not disappointed.

Took a while to get an appointment, but great service once I was there. Ask for Dr. Maddux. He did an excellent job, very thoughtful and did a thorough job of explaining the procedure. I would gladly go back and recommend to a friend.

Office is clean, the rooms are clean, the people who work there are professional and respectful. Been coming here since I was 17, I just turned 21 and my modern acne is now clear. Thank you Mountain view Dermatolgy for your help!!!!
