I recently completed six treatments with "A New You." All the employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I felt immediately better after each of my sessions. Celine provided me with helpful information in terms of my skin care needs. My massage therapy sessions with Crystal were relaxing and took away all tension and discomfort in my head, neck, shoulders, and back. Dr. Garcia was able to find all the areas where I wasnt aligned and immediately fix the problem. I walked away from each session feeling much better. The staff definitely knows what they are doing. I was able to schedule all of my appointments with days and times that worked best for my schedule. If I needed to cancel an appointment, I was able to make an appointment within the same week. I have been seen by many chiropractors over the years and I highly recommend Dr. Garcia and his hard-working, professional staff. I have nothing but good things to say! I have encouraged family and friends to all make an appointment at A New You.

Before going in to see Dr.Garcia and his staff at A New You I suffered from severe back spasms and lower back pain. After just a few sessions my back spasms subsided and I was able to resume daily activities with little to no pain. After about 6 weeks under his care I was able to resume full physical fitness activities including weight training. Besides having amazing results Dr. Garcia and his staff are kind, courteous, and friendly. He uses an automated text system to remind you of your appointments with him as well. I was pleasantly suprised that a month after exiting sessions at A New You I received a call from them to schedule a Wellness Checkup to make sure everything is on the up and up. Ive never had any issues with billing and I believe Dr. Garcia is bilingual as well. Overall, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment if you are experiencing any kind of pain or feeling of being misaligned.

I was having a lot of pain and spasms in my lower back, when I decided it was time to try a chiropractor. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. My visits included massage & electro therapy and adjustments which reduced my pain. I continue to feel better and all movement has become much easier for me. I am continuing with treatment. I also decided to try the Zerona weight loss. It is a simple, easy, relaxing process. I am very pleased to have lost more inches than the minimum. It was the boost I needed as I have continued to lose weight after the treatment ended. Dr Garcia explained the different treatments thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The entire staff is absolutely awesome! I would recommend A New You to anyone looking for any of the treatments they offer.

I was looking for a place where i could get chiropractic "care" and as of today, I most definitely have found it here at A New You with Dr. Garcia. I dont get those "cold" adjustments that really serve no purpose at all. Dr. Garcia individualizes my care to fit me and my needs. In just a little over 2months I have been sleeping better and my headaches due to my chiropractic issues have gone away. I have received massage therapy with Steven and OH MY GOODNESS!!! it was great! after my adjustment my body was the most relaxed it has been in a very long time. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Garcia and all of the staff there at A New You. Care, Respect, and Friendliness are shown to be some of their top priorities!

Thanks A NEW You for your help! Ive been going there for my headaches because I would wake up with a headache that would last all day! Since Ive been seeing Dr. Garcia I havent had headaches and Ive noticed that the pain in my lower back is no longer a problem thanks to Kara for her awesome massage techniques.. Also Ive started having skin care services with Elly and my blemishes are no longer a problem!! Great Office and amazing customer service.. Ill gladly recommend any of my relatives and friends.

I work out daily and am very active. The adjustments help so much with my low back pain and headaches- without my adjustments, I wouldnt be able to be so active. I started getting chemical peels/ microdermabrasion to help with my acne and smooth my skin and I really like the results! I also like that they give me discounts for being a patient!
