Unhappy with the front office. The first time I spoke to the supervisor was when I received 5 calls two days prior to my appointment. Some calls were within minutes between each other. I received a single voicemail telling me it was important to call him back. I returned the call left a voicemail asking him to leave me a message to the importance of the call if I was not available. Every time he called I was at work and he left no further voicemails. I called him 3 times and left voicemails each time. He even called my emergency contact saying it was urgent I call them back after all my calls. At that point I called left another voicemail to cancel me as a patient. After speaking with the supervisor I discovered the calls were to ask me to come in earlier. She said she would speak with him as a training opportunity. She noted he had not cancelled my appointment and asked if I was still interested. I agreed to go. I got a statement in the mail of $10.00 less than a week ago and I already got 2 calls from him within one minute of each other. I spoke to him and he wanted to collect my balance. I paid a $200.00 deductible the month before and I received no calls to collect on that balance. I left a voicemail today to cancel my future appointment. He called for the third time and left me no voicemail. If you like being called over and over within minutes this is the clinic for you. The PA was supposed to give me a prescription for 3 months. Instead they only authorized three 15 day refills. The pharmacy cant get an answer from them either.

Staff was nice however they were very unorganized. Appointment was at 9:20am got to their office at 8:50 was not seen till 1135am. Needed to wait for an hour and a half for results..they came back negative and stated they would do the closure of the womb but then ended up waiting in another room not fully dressed and 3 separate people came in asking what was needed or who did what? Staff was more concerned about their Jason Deli meals. I was vulnerable as I was waiting on them. Ended up leaving after being stitched up..waited for after care procedures but they never came so I left. Almost 8 hours spent in the office. No one knows what is going on. Patient care is terrible!

I dont know what any of these other folks are talking about. The experience I had was excellent. The staff was courteous and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this office.

people are rude and do not know how to do their job. they give misinformation and give you the run around because they are not happy with their jobs. Total waste of time.
