Aspen was able to take me within a few days of calling and were able to move me up a day closer to my scheduled tooth extraction. My personal dentist could not make a regular office visit for me until weeks later. I had pain in my tooth and needed to get rid of it. [The Dentist: 5/5 stars] The Dentist who performed my extraction was Dr. Patel, and she had a firm but skilled hand. The Novocaine injections prior to surgery were very well done and I did not have much discomfort. They get a huge bonus for this as Ive had some seriously bad experiences getting Novocaine injections after my regular dentist retired. The actual extraction was done well and it was over quickly. You could tell the procedure was executed as planned. [Patient Care: 1/5 stars] The only thing I will fault them on is their drug policy. They will not provide a stronger drug or more of the same drug no matter how much pain you are in. If you are someone who desperately needs pain relief after having dental work done, I would visit somewhere else. No matter what you tell them, you are viewed as a criminal and treated as such through condescending tones. Im sure this has more to do with the DEA and FBI oversight into Doctors who "over-prescribe"; rather than this dentist doesnt care about peoples feelings; however it was not a pleasant experience running out of medication and not getting their consent to be provided more medication. Tylenol 3s are nearly impossible to abuse and the acetaminophen would kill you first, yet its not a GREAT pain reliever especially following actual tooth surgery. When I got my wisdom teeth out I was given a big supply of oxycodone. I had pretty much the same surgery with 1 tooth instead and was only given the Tylenol 3 and they would not help when I called to complain about pain nor when I was in the office at the extraction. 4/5 for Aspen Dental in Quakertown PA. They appear to be skilled doctors, but their low bar of entry will earn you bad attitudes and bad policies. If you have a dentist you love, dont leave them.

Top Notch experience right from the start! It is very easy to schedule appointment online, print out the new patient forms and have everything ready for your appointment. In addition, there really was no waiting for appointments - not like the 3-6 month wait I have encountered at other Dentists. Dont forget to print out the coupons online for discounts at your visit. The first visit was fast and painless. They take traditional x-rays, and a panoramic and then the Dentist exams your teeth/mouth and gives you a complete assessment. At checkout, you are given a detailed, itemized proposal of work to be done with prices (dont forget to give them your coupons for great discount! saved me $600). There is NO CHARGE for this first visit or x-rays, and with your proposal you decide your priorities and what you can afford to do at each appointment and go from there. My teeth were in bad shape due to chemotherapy and radiation, and I had to have extractions, fillings, and cleaning. The Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from the check in to check out, explaining everything fully to you. The Dentist was skilled, and even with difficult extractions, was certain I was in no pain. The Hygienist was super friendly and very helpful in providing information and a sample of new toothpaste. It was the most thorough but also fasted appointment because there was no waiting beforehand. Took me in at my scheduled time - imagine that at a Dr. I would highly recommend this location and I really like this new "concept" in dental!

I am 22 year of age and had a very hard time finding a dental office that could take me in without benefits or insurance along with a liine of credit to cover it. Since i am only 22 it is very hard for me to build credit let alone when i applied the told me i have insufficient credit history and was not able to enroll when i had to build credit up. weird right? well aspen dental in quakertown took me in with no problem for a wisdom tooth extraction that was needed. my face is swollen like a balloon and they imediatly x rayed my teeth and set me up with a credit program and a surgeon with out any hesitation. these guys are OUTSTANDING and i recomend them to anybody. so if you have teeth problems and dont have insurance, unemployed, or under insured... these great people will take you in for a first visit free and help you out wiothout any problems at all

WORST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! At Aspen Dental in Quakertown. When I set the Appointment they were told that I required being sedated which they were fine with on the phone. When I arrived at the office I was told they dont do sedation. So, they lied to me. I told the dentist that I have to be sedated due to a previous very bad experience with another dentist. The so called doctors response was.... Well I dont do that and what do you want me to about it? Umm.... hello?? Your the doctor you idiot! I came in due to 2 broken teeth that I need taken care of and I left needing an extraction, a root canal, and a bunch of other work that he wanted to do that is probably not nessisary Just trying to milk my insurance for all its worth it am sure... I will never return to this place again!

My first appointment was great. Dont have the best teeth, but the assistant taking the xrays was very gentle. Dr. Musseti was very thorough with his exam. He explained my options to me, including different choices for replacing the teeth that sadly needed to be extracted. His personality is not happy and bubbly, but rather calm and direct which I look for in my doctors. Im not looking for a best friend, but rather someone who seems confident in their abilities and Dr. M fit that bill exactly. The front desk is competent and explains everything very thoroughly. They had my insurance in the system and went over coverage and financing with me when I reached my max for the year. Overall a very pleasant experience and I look forward to going back to get my mouth healthy.
