I gave Dental Wellness Center 4 stars on another site because they do not accept insurance, and because they rescheduled me several times on short notice. While Dr. Lim is an excellent dentist, this review here is because the office manager rebuked me after giving 4 stars instead of 5. This "ruined their perfect record of 5 stars". Some of these 5 star ratings appear to be from their staff also. I looked around and found on other review sites that patients had also noted unfriendly treatment and rescheduling on short notice also. I shared this with the dentist (and the office manager). Because of my negative feedback they have asked me not to come back. Id recommend them for the quality of their dentistry, but their treatment of people is not nearly on par with their dental skill.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PRACTICE. Office manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. I had a biking accident and she was very unsympathtic of my situation and would not even attempt to help me. Wouldnt even bother to ask the dentist a simple question for me. She rushed me off the phone and said "I need to go, bye" and subsequently hung up on me. I had called the previous day and she had told me that there was an opening for me. I was unsure about taking the appointment and she told me to get back to her soon. I called the next day and she had already put another patient in my place. She KNEW i had a bad biking accident and that it was an emergency. She did not care at all! The funny thing is, I was recommended this dentist by one of his former classmates who is also a dentist and a good friend of mine.

I had a molar extraction done just last week. Dr. Toni Lim could not have done a better job. I did not feel a thing and the area has been healing very well. Dr. Lim is so compassionate and caring. Him and his staff go the extra mile to make youre at your highest level of comfort. The service they provide is high above the average dental experience. I am very glad I found him, especially because it is so hard to find a dentist who understands a patients concerns regarding mercury poisoning. Dr. Lim understood my concerns and took them seriously. He takes his time to hear the patient completely and understand what is being said. I never feel rushed in his chair as I did with my prior dentist. He is truly the best dentist I have ever been treated by.

Ive been coming to Dr. Lim for about 10 years. Im very interested in healthy, holistic care in all aspects of my life. Dr. Lim provides exceptional care in keeping my teeth and mouth healthy. When Ive needed extra work done, he makes sure that I am comfortable, no sensitivity reactions, and, the results last a long time! His staff is caring, always explain everything and they take steps toward preventative care that I appreciate. I moved back to Florida for a few years, and returning to Dr. Lim was high on my dental preventative care list. I drive an hour from the Lehigh Valley to see him, well worth the drive! Hes a rare gem and those of us who are his patients are among the lucky!

Overall, I had a great experince at this office, one of the best dentists Ive ever been to. If you are looking for tooth and gum care, and not just someone to make a buck off of you, I highly recommend this place. My only problem was the lab they used (havent been there in over a year so it could have changed). I paid for a flipper and it was shorter than my other tooth. They reordered a new one and that was even worst. Im now paying to get it done somewhere else, which is extemely frustrating, but their lab (from past experiences) yield much better results. P.s. The Mouthwash they give as a sample is magnificent. Will be back soon

Thank you very much for taking such great care of my mom and helping her. She has never given herself the care needed and now is following through and its life changing. Warning: if you dont pick up the phone the very day they call to confirm they cancel your appointment. I scheduled months out, requested off work with out pay because they are almost an hour away, and they called a few days beforehand and canceled my appointment because I didnt pick up while I was at work. Extremely disappointed with how they handle things. They were not even nice about it when I called begging to put me back on the schedule.

Dr. Lim and his team are great, both competent and caring. He is ahead of the curve in his practice of natural dentistry and has a great bedside manner. His office is clean and modern and his prices are comparable to what you get from more traditional dentists that will fill your teeth with mercury amalgam fillings without a second thought. The Philadelphia region is lucky to have him around.

I am fairly new to Dr. Lims practice and for the first time feel that I am in "competent" hands. No pun intended! I had been terribly dissatisfied with my last dentist, whom I had been going to for years. Dr. Lim replaced a crown and I am very happy with it. The hygienist was genuine and gentle but very thorough with my cleaning. I feel so lucky to have found such an excellent dentist!!

Dr. Lim is a very good dentist. Ive had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and 4 fillings with little to no pain and no complications. He is very good at following up via phone call the night of or day after procedures to see how you are doing. The he and his staff are friendly and professional and help answer all questions to put all insecurities at ease. I highly recommend this dentist.

Weve been coming to this practice for about 10 years. We drive almost 45 minutes to get there but its well-worth the time. Dr. Lim and his staff are friendly and courteous. Dr. Lim is the best dentist Ive ever been to and I feel confident bringing my family to him for all our dental needs. I highly receommend this dental practice, you really will be glad you discovered it.

This is a great dental practice. Liz (hygienist) is thorough and talks through what she sees (and not in an annoying way where you cant answer because your mouth is open). Elizabeth (front desk) is always helpful and knows all the quickest ways to get your insurance reimbursement. Dr. Lim is open to questions, genuine, and never pushy.

If you want excellent care and by a Dr. who really cares about his patients it is Dr. Tony Lim. He and his staff make you feel like family and not an outsider, its about you and not money!!! He will go beyond what other Dentist will do even check up on you after you are home. You want an excellent Dentist Call Dr. Tony Lim

I highly recommend Dental Wellness Centre. Dr. Lim is very knowledgable and probably the best dentist I have been to. Dr. Lims office is immaculately clean. All the assistants are wonderful, friendly and courteous. Dr. Lims main dental assistant is lovely and sweet.
