Run the other way!!! Not the place to get your cats groomed. You will pay an arm and a leg for a simple bath. MOLLY is rude and seems to think that its ok to provide services without consent first. Ive taken 2 cats before and was charged 40$ and this time after paying 900$ for vet services, I questioned her about her outrageous 70$ per cat, bath fee. Her response; "well last time You got a better deal" and "if you dont like it, you dont have to bring them here, anymore" then proceeding to telling the receptionist to put me on "her list" of people she wont give services to! Talk about the nerve of this woman! Ive never been provided such awful customer service. Please do yourself a favor and take you fur babies to a groomer that actually enjoys her work and doesnt charge you $$$$$s for a plain bath.

The staff was amazing so for their personality alone its 5 stars they have a cat side and dog side in the lobby so there wont be any aggression. The vet exam fee was reasonable and after going to a ban field got scam out of 160 ! Dr. Basem Ghobrial at the Pomona hospital finally found out was was wrong with my pittie girl. She had an infected paw and at first the bill was almost 800 for x-rays fox searching meds, shots etc but once I explain I cant afford that right now they worked with me and got it down to less than half. And even help me out a with the meds on credit. The staff truly cares about their patients and not just the money. And most importantly the vet actually knows what hes talking about not just saying stuff to take your money. Will be returning this will be out vet home .

Dr. Hogan was excellent! She was very calm and nice with my dog, who tends to be very aggressive and stubborn at times. A lady who greeted us at the front desk was also very nice and her technician or assistant who gave my dog the shots was also very welcoming. EXCEPT for her little receptionist, this hispanic lady, she was very rude and thought she was the vet and knew everything. She even thought she was tougher than my dog, who is like 85 pounds! She told me that "no doctor would deal with this," because my dog was barking. I paid almost 300 dollars for the visit, so she should have consider that IM paying for the visit and serivice and in this damn recession, ANYONE would have dealt with my dogs visit if Im paying 300 dollars.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I took my doberman there for ear cropping. I thought this is such a simple thing for a vet, but they almost make my dog lost one of his ears. If they never did this before, just tell me that I am sorry, we dont do this. But the stupid staff use a wood stick and unknown tape corp the ears very tight. I told them this is not right, but that stupid girl told me, we got more experience, he should be fine. I trusted her, but my dog was suffered!! I am seriously considering suing them. it cost me another $800 for the surgery. Please take good care of your pets, avoid this hospital!!!

Well, they are your off the street vet clinic with boarding facilities. They are basically around the corner from where I live. When I had to leave town for a couple of days on very short notice, I boarded my dog with them. When I came back, she was so happy to see me. I have left my dog for longer periods at other places and never seen her so anxious to get out of any of them. So, my rating is actually the rating coming from my dog, not myself. and it is just for the boarding, not any other service of the vet clinic. Although the waiting room looks very old and dingy. Can use an update.

Dr. Basem Ghobrial is the best. He took very good care of my 8 years old lab. allergies and explained a lot to me. It was my first experience with a Vet. with a real sickness (other than the vaccinations and regular shots) I dont usually write reviews but I got a really exceptional service from everyone (Dr. Basem, his assistant and the front office lady) Ill bring my other dog (Great Pyrenees) here and thats my favorite Dr. from now on. Thanks a lot and keep up the excellent service.

I took my dog because she had a open skin rash that the hair fell off. They did test and told us she was healthy and they perscribe my dog 2 antibotics. Well the mix the labels and we where given the medication all wrong because they didnt label it right. She lost so much weight that My dog pass away in that same week. Spend 1000.00$ very upset. Had her for 7 years. Not taking my other dog there.

They told me it was $50 to euthanize my dog I went there they wasted my time made me cry charge me $45 then send me home with my sick dog this place is horrible do not take your dog there
