I just got a new puppy and was calling around for price quotes for vaccine packages. I spoke to the receptionist here and she quoted me $120. She listed every single vaccine that was included through each booster plus assured me all the office visits were included in the package. I also needed a DHLPP for my older dog and she quoted me $17 without an exam. When I got to the vet it was crowded in their small lobby. No one was greeting clients as they came in and someone behind the counter was just yelling about everone has to sign in. But there was no sign indicating where the clipboard was. Finally 30 minutes after my scheduled appt. they came and asked me to look at the vaccine packages which started at $285!! The receptionist said they had no packages for $120 and she couldnt tell me who booked my appt and misquoted me. We argued for a while as they basically stood there shrugging there shoulders. So I told them to forget it. I asked about just gettting my other dog her DHLPP and they said it would be $21. I was very upset at the lack of professionalism and courtesy this hospital showed. They tell new clients over the phone this great deal they have and as soon as you get there, they lie and give you a different price. If you as a pet owner cant get them to give you friendly, professional, honest, attentive care, how do you think they will treat your pet?

San Dimas Animal Hospital is absolutely the best place you could ever take your loved ones (your pets). I started there with my 3 cats, to get them vaccinated. The vaccination clinic on Thursdays and Saturdays is very reasonable and you dont feel like youre in a clinic where they rush you in and out. The staff all take the time to answer your questions, even when the waiting room is packed full of pups and kits. When I really fell in love with San Dimas Animal Hospital however, was after I found a very starving and filthy puppy who turned out to have parvo! I was heartbroken, and Dr. Bory was so compassionate as he delivered the news to me... well Dr. Bory saved that puppys life! My puppy was there for about 3 days and Dr. Bory called me every day to update me on his condition. I never had to call and ask because he was so attentive and considerate. Now my husbands 8 yr old pit bull has switched vets because he too (husband) was impressed by Dr. Bory. I must add that every time I get my bill at SDAH Im always surprised, having expected a larger sum. I never wait long at SDAH, even when I bring 3 or 4 animals together. I recommend SDAH to all my friends and family because we love the whole staff and most of all Dr. Bory! By the way, the parvo puppy has been the most special and loyal dog and I feel so blessed that he was saved

We have been going to San Dimas Animal Hospital for 7 years now and we couldnt be happier. My parents now take their pets there, as well as my Grandpa that lives in Monrovia. All of the staff treat our animals with exceptional care. Anytime weve had a procedure or surgery on our dogs, San Dimas Animal Hospital always calls the next day to follow up and see how they are doing. They show incredible care and concern for our dogs. Dr. Bory is especially great with our very high allergy dog. Dr. Bory always knows the right treatments and is obviously looking out for our dog and our best interests. I noticed in other reviews that there have been a few complaints about the wait time. I have never had an issue waiting too long beyond my appointment time. If I recall correctly they have clinics on Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings to get vaccinations without the exam fee. It is possible that the few people that complained about the wait went during this time. Yes, it is crowded during that time, but regardless San Dimas Animal Hospitals service is worth the wait! Our dogs are our family, I want to take them to the best. Wouldnt you?

I live very close to San Dimas Animal Hospital but did not go there. One day we found a large bump on our dogs ankle. Our vet did not have any available appointments. Called the vet around the corner (San Dimas Animal Hospital) and they saw her that day. I was not able to be there, so the doctor sent a CD home of the x-rays and said I could call any time with any questions. This was great in itself, but even more important to me as the diagnosis was bone cancer. They were supportive through the whole thing. Heidi my dog is not here anymore, but the office was so supportive and caring through such a difficult time. They even sent a sympathy card. They also take care of my cats, love the Saturday open hours and ease of appointments. You can tell the doctors and all the staff care for our pets and us as owners. Connect with them on-line also and get emails to remind me of needed appointments etc. So glad we just happened to call the closest vet when we needed one. Thank you San Dimas Animal Hospital!!!

So I came in to get vaccines today and I checked in at 1:10 p.m. I waited around 45 minutes. two people that came in after me when in front of me for vaccines so I asked what was going on they tell me they have emergencies and theyre feeling my vaccines. how is that when two other people that came in behind me are getting served before myself. When I asked the question what was taking so long the front office help gave me a dirty look as to why I am in such a rush when I have other things to do today. I watched the office staff work and its very Troublesome to see three exam rooms open a whole waiting room of people and the staff is walking around in circles. The last time I was there two years ago I had taken myself off of the other account filled out all the paperwork but it seems that somebody didnt do their job over there once again and I had to refill out all my paperwork. So in regards to the poor customer service at San Dimas Animal Hospital I will no longer be having them providing me a service.

San Dimas Animal Hospital is wonderful. I just had to go through sending my ca to heaven . I had adopted her 16 yrs ago. She was never sick a day. I needed her to see a vet so my brother told me about this place. From the first day Dr. Singh and the staff were so patient, loving, caring, and more.I felt that Dr Singh has an incredible true passion for his work and he has the animals care his #1 concern. He even makes personal phone calls. Wow! I can not say enough about each of the staff and how they really do care about you, your family and most of all your pet. The staff always has a smile and warm welcome, No matter how deep there line of animals parents are waiting. They too treat animals like real family. I am so glad I went to this pet hospital. As hard as it is I feel good that I provided my dearest Rosie with all I could and best treatment up to the very last moments of her life. You to should give them a try! I recommend them to everyone.
