I know that this place is favored by many locals but I stopped going there years ago due to their forgetfulness to perform the services requested and their rudeness on the phone as well as the front office. Theyre service is also on the expensive side of veterinarians. Today I parked in their designated parking at 5:34pm and verified the hours of business posted on their window to be 5:30pm. I return to my vehicle shortly after 6:00pm to a threatening notice that my vehicle will be towed if I park there before 6. I understand that parking is difficult in that area but their enforcement is over reaching. Please respect their decision to be rude to their clients and public and refrain from going to their practise and parking there.

Highly recommend La Verne Animal Hospital, they have always been very caring and non-pressure in the treatment plans for our dogs. They saved one of our dogs life this past week. They went the extra mile to make sure we cant the care our dog needed. They had recommended another emergency vet clinic because they thought they would be able to do the required testing faster. The other place didnt think the testing was necessary and recommended a very expensive treatment plan. After hearing that the tests werent preformed La Verne Animal Hospital ordered the tests and called us Saturday morning with the results and recommended treatment plan. Cant think them enough. Highly recommend them for all your veterinary needs.

I have been bringing my pets to la verne animal hospital for over 10 yrs. Dr Burnett and Dr Wong are very experienced and caring!!! All their techs are great as well. Some may consider their practice on the expensive side but I feel they try to save you money whenever they can. They never try to oversell u on services that are unnecessary like other vets I have been to in the past.

Dr. Huang and Dr. Burnett are both great. We would never take our dogs anywhere else (except when they refer us to a specialist). They and their staff care a great deal for the animals they treat. Im relatively new to the area and Drs. Huang and Burnett came recommended to me by friends. They and their staff are terrific. Theyve been taking care of my two senior dogs (8 and 12 years old) with great care, intelligence and warmth. I could not recommend La Verne Animal Hospital enough.

Love the Docs here. Dr Burnett repaired my Bichon Simba torn ACL. He was wonderful and so caring and Simba has recovered fully. Staff wonderful as well as other vet who we met! Thank you for all the love you give our babies
