After being unsatisfied at a different pediatric dentist office I was hesitant to try another one. Right from the start the Nia staff was pleasant and caring and amazing even just on the phone! I took both my 7yo and my 3yo at the same time. They both loved it. Amanda was my 3yos technician. SHE IS AMAZING!!!!! :-) After watching how gentle and patient she was with my TERRIFIED son we request her for all of their appointments. (He is no longer scared but excited!) All of the staff is fantastic. But Amanda is our favorite for sure! Dr. Azi is phenomenal. She works quickly and efficiently without disregarding my childrens comfort. She even took the time to help me understand the mistakes made by the other office and we created a safe and effective plan for my daughter to prevent any more pain in the future. There is very little wait time. We are quick in and quick out. And my children are excited to go. The whole office is amazing. Very professional. They listen and make note of everything I say. It is so refreshing to work WITH my care provider instead of feeling like I am having to work or defend against them. After her first visit my 7yo wasnt excited about her cleaning (moms fault) so she was hesitant to return for a filling. I encouraged her to tell them what had made her feel this way. Both Amanda and Dr. Azi LISTENED TO HER. They took extra time to make sure she was comfortable and felt safe before and during her entire appointment. This simple but important act ensured her love for the office and willingness to cheerfully return. And they take this care EVERY TIME! I say all of this just to reiterate how pleased I am with this office and their support of my children. PLEASE bring your children here. Theyre amazing.

My girls, ages 5 and 11, really love this practice. It is so kid-friendly. The staff members are wonderful and very attentive. My kids love the dress up area, and my youngest look forward to a chance to brush the teeth of the yellow stuffed animal in the service area. Emilee is a sheer sweetheart. She is so very patient and has created a truly special big sister bond with my girls. In comparison to Roswell /Canton Pediatric Dentistry, where we spent 6 years, I must say that this is the right choice for my girls. As a mom, I enjoy the chance to sit alongside my kids as they receive services. I dont have to worry about the practice cancelling our appointment because the dentist has another priority at one of the his other 4 or 5 locations. Nor do I have to deal with dentist/ortho/staff members who are appear to have little to no personality, or feel offended when posed with basic questions about a service in which he or she just performed, braces or loose tooth concerns. Both the dentist and the Ortho at Nia, take the necessary time to speak with each parent to adequately address any and all questions or concerns. They dont appear rushed as they are speaking with you. Simply put, they really give you their undivided attention and treat you like family. Finally a practice that really demonstrate Excellent patient care. Thank you Nia staff . My girls are sure to be two of your life-long patients.

Wonderful Dental Office for Special Needs Kids!!! I had noticed the Nia Family Denistry signs near the Prominence Point Publix, exit 14 on 575 in Canton. When I first visited the office the staff was very kind and friendly and Doctor Azi Nia was there and was understanding of our need to find a great Pediatric Dentist for our special needs daughter J. The staff and Dr. Azi gave us a tour and we loved the office. At Js first visit she was nervous and unsure because this was a new office for her and out of her comfort zone. Transitions are not her strong point. Amanda was wonderful giving J great instructions when she was having her dental x-rays done. Even when Jen balked at the panoramic, they were kind and gentle and gave her plenty of time and instruction to complete the x-ray. This was the first time a pano was completed for J and I was extremely pleased. When it came time to clean her examine and clean her teeth. Dr. Azi and Amanda were AWESOME!!! J does not like to lay down and is scared of the chair because it did not have arms. Dr. Azi ended up doing most of her dental cleaning standing up. Allowing J to sit up. I was very pleased at how they treated her and could definitely see Dr. Azis training with Special Needs Children. J was happy and did a great job thanks to the wonderful and caring staff at Nia Pediatric Dentistry.

My family and I love Nia and the entire staff. All three of my kids have been going to Nia for several years, and they have only gotten better with time. Two of my kids suffer from either ADHD, autism, or behavioral disorders and they can be difficult to treat at times. We truly struggled with finding a dentist and staff who understood and who could treat them with patience and friendliness. Everyone at Nia especially, Dr. Azi and Dr. Nia are so nice, understanding, and truly care about their patients and families. You feel like family as soon as you walk in because everyone greets you by name, takes the time to ask how you are doing, really listens, and care about meeting all the needs of their patients. As a mother of three kids who all have their own needs whether its cleanings, cavities, spacers, and/or braces, and yes even one who has thrown up on Dr. Azi, I always get understanding, great advice, and I never walk away feeling chastised for not having them brush or floss correctly, or for the behaviors they cannot help. They dont pressure me or make me feel bad when I have to budget my kids dental needs, but yet work hard to help me figure out how to afford getting it all done. Anyone who takes their kids here will never go anywhere else.

My first and only interaction with Doctor azi was initially positive and assuming she was working with or employing competent front office staff would have been icing on the cake. Sadly though, that wasnt the case gross miscommunication and boldface falsehoods have me seriously questioning their professional ethics.. Although Dr Azi did respond with a single phone call she failed to respond professionally to an email sent the day before essentially ignoring inquiries made. I am quite certain that this business is thriving because of her excellent education and execution of dental services however, having never met her personally, her telephone demeanor, and in house etiquette are substandard. She did mention she is a mom which makes the only interaction with her all the more troublesome. The question being if she is a mom herself as she says, (her words) how can she be totally disconnected with the legitimate concerns Of a parent regarding A true dental emergency of a child that was indeed referred to her practice for evaluation/treatment? Too much fluff and not enough substance.

We have been going here for two years now! This is the best childrens dentist and orthodontist office we have ever been too! We had a HORRIBLE experience prior to changing to this practice. They were amazing! I called during the afternoon one day (this was going to be our very first time and visit there) my daughter had an abscessed tooth, due to prior dentist not filling her tooth correctly). They asked if we could be there within 10-15 mins. I said we are right down the street and could be there in 5mins!!!! We rushed up, they squeezed us right in, and extracted her tooth right away! They were amazing! Right then I knew we had found the most amazing place ever! My kids love going there! They love Dr. Nia! They actually WANT to go to the dentist! They are amazing people, amazing husband and wife practice, just all around AMAZING! I have referred SOOOOOOO many people there and will continue until they are no longer existing!!!!! The mcphersons love yall!
