So yes I did not come to my appointment with my dental insurance card but I was prepared with the id number, group number and plan number. After being called back 15 min after my scheduled appointment time, I then got X-rays re-taking for a filling that they put in previously came out. Now while waiting for the dentist to come replace it they came in and said my insurance "plan" is not accepted. Not that they dont accept Human but my plan isnt good enough. So now as I am leaving I then get handed a $136 bill for the X-ray. whose to say it wasnt their fault Im back there again anyways? Bottom line is they were going to have to call me insurance company regardless so no reason to wait 45 minutes before calling so they dont put a client in this position.

The oral hygienist is very good. Less pain than most for deep cleaning. Nice personality. The dentist has a habit of telling you whats wrong with your teeth every time she sees you. I have been there several times and most of her patients I have noticed were complaining of tooth pain related to a filling she did. I have had a filling issue as well. Also I have had pain in one tooth, that started after a visit. She advised me threw her assistant to see an oral surgon, that wasball.I believe it is cracked. I am going to a different dentist to have both looked at.hopefully ill have better luck!

I was very disappointed that the crown on my approx. 18 month old implant fell off while flossing, but was extremely pleased and grateful that Dr. Robinson got me in the same afternoon to cement the crown back on. Ive had CDS do a LOT of dental work in the past 2 years including two successful dental implants. Dr. Robinson and his staff in Edgewood, and the oral surgery staff in Clifton are always extremely helpful, professional and courteous. I have already recommended this practice to several friends and family and will continue to do so.

As someone who has had anxiety for years about having their teeth worked on, I am very pleased with the service Ive received from Cincinnati Dental Services since I switched to their office. Ive had bad experiences at other offices, but every visit to CDS has been a breeze. The staff is extremely friendly and the dentists work quickly but thoroughly. I never liked going to the denist but going to CDS makes it ALOT easier. Highly reccommend.

They scheduled me to have a wisdom tooth removed, I took a day off, when I showed up they said the receptionist scheduled me for the wrong day! Needless to say, I am still in pain and they charged me for X-rays that I only got at their office because they were supposed to pull my tooth. Now I have to try to go somewhere else for my appt because Ill never come here again!

Called to schedule an appointment at 5:25 to get a recording saying that their hours were 8-5:30, and that I should call back during regular business hours. Very, very annoying.

The Cincinnati Dental Services in Edgewood was quick to get me in as a new patient and the staff was friendly. Dr. Wilson was pleasant and thorough with the exam.
